Trestin Miller has been our contact and has gracefully led us through implementation and now to the next upgrade. Sudha Balaji really helped me understand what would be different about the new site and gave us sandboxes to work in before we transition. **What do you dislike about ExpertusONE LMS?** It wasn't very intuitive to the student to find out how to get to the final Assessment and how to download a certificate. I wish we had the ability to create more refined certificate templates. **What problems is ExpertusONE LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExpertusONE allowed us to create middleware between our system so we can automatic enrollments, completions, and single sign on. ### 2. Changing systems is always difficult and he helped us navigate the technology and our change management process making the implementation easier and resolving issues all along the way. **What do you dislike about ExpertusONE LMS?** As with any system change we had to come up with new processes and workflows that matched ExpertusONE which required some expectation management on our part and staff support. **What problems is ExpertusONE LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ExpertusONE interface gave our LMS capability a much needed modernization and has helped us transition to offering more blended and eLearning courses. ### 3. It was innovative and very user friendly with links and widgets and all that cool stuff that make learners excited to learn. I also liked that it allowed you to use various types of platforms and allowed to use almost any type of content and was available on mobile **What do you dislike about ExpertusONE LMS?** I only had one issue and that was when Customer Support was unable to assist me quite fast enough and at times felt that I wasnt being understood. However that could have been my fault as im kind of impatient :) **What problems is ExpertusONE LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing a user friendly learning platform easy enough for a layman to use it. Because my target was low income and persons of a lower learning threshold, this system worked well for me. ### 4. The Expertus platform gives us the flexibility to customize reporting, branding and delivery to meet our LMS needs, but more importantly, those of our clients. **What do you dislike about ExpertusONE LMS?** The built-in assessment is not easy to find. It's not intuitive and many our learners ask about this. But with a little support assistance via our support email, our support center on our website and a Camtasia video we created to show learners the basics of navigating the site, it's no longer an issue. **What problems is ExpertusONE LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Expertus team has been responsive, and support has been excellent.
