I was in touch with a rep G. Charles regarding marketing tools from Experian. She has gone completely ghost multiple times. I contacted support to work with another sales rep and was told I could not since my account was assigned to her. I contacted marketing directly for help and never received a response. This company has to be one of the worst run organizations out there. No wonder there are so many complaints regarding incorrect credit data. I can only imagine the nightmare of having to work with these people on anything important. There are so many prospecting tools out there.
