Charles regarding marketing tools from Experian. She has gone completely ghost multiple times. I contacted support to work with another sales rep and was told I could not since my account was assigned to her. I contacted marketing directly for help and never received a response. This company has to be one of the worst run organizations out there. No wonder there are so many complaints regarding incorrect credit data. I can only imagine the nightmare of having to work with these people on anything important. There are so many prospecting tools out there. They ask for a whole year upfront and offer zero customer service. These people are a JOKE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you like best about Experian Marketing? nothing. This company has unresponsive "salespeople" who say they will do things, and ghost customers when they realize what they promised is out of their scope of ability.
