The screening process saves time. Getting audio samples before we even schedule a call means we're only spending time on candidates worth talking to. Nothing that I dislike. As a matter of fact, we hired a candidate who performed really well in the interviews, but her onboarding was slow; we flagged it to Exordiom and they immediately took actions behind the scenes and the candidate was back up to our expectations in performance! It's not so much about Exordium per se, but some companies may struggle with "outsourcing" full time employees to contractor positions, especially when many companies have faced layoffs. The caliber of the technical vetting. We saw a few strong candidates, but the person we ultimately hired had experience that mapped almost exactly to what we needed on day one, which meant he was live and contributing to real work within days of starting rather than needing months to ramp. I've gone from telling them I need someone to interviewing real candidates within days, and the quality's been consistently good, I've hired almost everyone they've sent my way.
