Getting audio samples before we even schedule a call means we're only spending time on candidates worth talking to. As a matter of fact, we hired a candidate who performed really well in the interviews, but her onboarding was slow; we flagged it to Exordiom and they immediately took actions behind the scenes and the candidate was back up to our expectations in performance! Recommendations to others considering Exordiom: If you've used another offshore provider for finance or collections roles and weren't happy with the consistency, it's worth making the switch. Before Exordiom, we'd tried another offshore provider for our Collections Analyst function and it just wasn't working, inconsistent quality and too much turnover to build a reliable process around. Since moving that function over to Exordiom, we've got a Collections bench that's actually performing, and the difference in candidate caliber versus our old provider was obvious from the first round of interviews. It's not so much about Exordium per se, but some companies may struggle with "outsourcing" full time employees to contractor positions, especially when many companies have faced layoffs. The caliber of the technical vetting. We saw a few strong candidates, but the person we ultimately hired had experience that mapped almost exactly to what we needed on day one, which meant he was live and contributing to real work within days of starting rather than needing months to ramp. Exordiom also didn't disappear after placement. They've kept a structured HyperCare check-in cadence going to make sure he's performing at the level we expect, which has made Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Exordiom? Minor, but getting the contract and SOW finalized took a couple of rounds with legal before we landed on terms. I like the AI interviewing tech from Exordiom, which helps ensure that candidates are a good fit for what I'm looking for. I appreciate the high-touch customer success model they offer. Their hypercare model through the customer success team, where we touch base weekly, is invaluable. We even have a dedicated Slack channel, and they always make things right if there's a mix-up. For instance, when there was an issue with a MacBook purchase, they owned the problem and resolved it, which I really value.
