Goes to show how successful their campaigns are! **Recommendations to others considering EXOD.ai:** If you value customer support a lot, exod may not be the right fit as support is really very very very slow. But version 1 (when it was working) is pretty nice to use and I was pleasantly surprised by the results considering that I'm a noob when it comes to FB ads. Kevin also seems to be a marketer who knows what he's doing so that's always a plus point I guess **What problems is EXOD.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** A more cost and time efficient way of running FB ads for higher ROI and conversion. They actually built a new version from the ground up and it's due to be released in a few days. If it's better than version 1, there's hope for even beginners to be on top of the FB game ### 2. As they are a start-up though, some extra bonuses like the Exod Classroom aren't ready just yet. However the support team seem to be great and seem to offer a helping hand whenever they can from what I've seen in the Discord channel, and the FB page too. **What problems is EXOD.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was approached by a client who wanted help targeting a specific niche to pull in leads. I was going to do this with SEO which would have taken a long time. Yet, here is EXOD that makes it as easy as clicking a few buttons to do what normally took hours upon hours! The founder Kevin and his team are all great people that are behind this and I'm a big proponent of when coming in contact with such great people, I know the product will only get better and better. The only way for these guys is - up. I would like to mention that some important features for me are not yet present. But the team is making great efforts to include suggestions of their users to make their product not good but great. We used to run into problems with running too many campaigns and optimizing them indivudally. EXOD takes that off the table for us, which saves us a bunch of time. Our own advertising has become much simpler because of their A.I niches targeting audiences. I feel like i am touching a product of the cuture. It needs some learning curve but it is not that hard to learn more about it. **What do you dislike about EXOD.ai?** It does not have a proper account management area yet with email. You login with facebook credentials. Some other members have mentioned that their ads account on facebook was blocked and they had to talk to Facebook to remove the automated ban. But after communication with the team, they informed the community it is not something that it is EXOD's issue, rather the way that Facebook treats this kind of applications. We often come accross with a variety of clients that will come and do not how how to give you some guidance on their industry. It is amazing what ai can do for your if you let it work. It will try to change the material used in the ad and try to find the best money spent for the ad. ### 10. I have already tested various niches in the case of our shop and some of the interests that exod has selected for me I would certainly not have come across on my own. In fact, we have been able to reduce the cost of our Facebook ads thanks to the app. What I consider to be equally important is support. Sometimes I have the impression that the Exod team sits on discord 24/7 and answers users' questions :) **What do you dislike about EXOD.ai?** Above all, I would like the exod to cover the entire funnel - for now, I will use it primarily to create campaigns from the top of the funnel. A funnel builder would be useful :). I think that the authors should also work on the UX of the application and on some of its functions that are visible to users but do not quite work. For example, the statistics and analysis module - I don't think it works very well from the beginning - fortunately, I look more often at the statistics available in Facebook's business manager. Also, the option to promote posts that are published - this would also be an interesting feature. The last thing that comes to my mind is the possibility of additional targeting (e.g. narrowing by age, the possibility of narrowing by radius) **Recommendations to others considering EXOD.ai:** If you're starting out with Facebook Ads and don't know who you should be targeting - Exod is for you. If you already run campaigns on Facebook, you want to test other groups of recipients - exod is for you. If you want to speed up your workflow - exod is for you. **What problems is EXOD.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exod has allowed me to create Facebook Ads campaigns faster, better targeting through quick A/B testing on different target groups. Personally, I often struggled to choose graphics for some of my ads. Thanks to Exod's integration with shutterstock and the mechanism of automatic selection of photos for an ad, I can forget about this problem :) ### 11. I'd like to see this expanded so that you can drop a pin and add a location (like Facebook native) **Recommendations to others considering EXOD.ai:** EXOD is a very interesting alternative to other platforms on the market. Ultimately, while some of the other big names may be a bit more well established, I expect EXOD will grow because of their uniqueness. To my knowledge, no one else is offering AI built audiences and Shutterstock images inline. I would recommend this product with the caveat that you continually test to make sure the AI is "paying" for itself. **What problems is EXOD.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've only been using it for a short time but it seems that the audience AI does indeed help with conversion. Imagine the time you can save or your employees can save for launching an ad campaign. You can focus on the fun part, which is the creatives and the ad copy. If you were to do this manually, it would take hours and hours, whereas EXOD allows you to do it in less than 30 minutes (once you have the creative prepared). Not only that, they have pre-selected niches that are likely to resonate with your ideal client, reducing the research time required significantly. They even automatically turn off ads that are not working, protecting your precious budget. Finally, the support from the team.
