What do you like best about Exercise?

What do you like best about Exercise?

Exercise.com's POS system is very easy to learn and use. The ability to sign people up online or in person is a big plus. Sign ups only take a couple of minutes and flow easily. The integration with Kisi (Door System) is a big plus as when members sign up for memberships, their door access is automatically set up. I also love having an app for the members to view their workout plans in. Lastly, all monthly payments are automated and I do not have to worry about running a draft each month. What do you dislike about Exercise?

Using a third party payment processor in Stripe can be difficult when there are issues with any payments. The support team is usually very helpful, however some issues can take a pretty long time to solve (nothing crazy or ridicously long however) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exercise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exercise.com has made the day to day operations of my gym much easier to handle. The system works well and doesn't have many issues to worry about. Having a system that makes sign ups easy and workout programming easy saves our business a lot of time. What do you like best about Exercise?

They are great at emplementing their system into yours with what works best for your program. Great training experience as they are patient and help with anything that is asked. They learn about your business on the fly to help in anyway they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only upgrade we would be looking for is being able to categorize our packages for clients to scroll through to purchase instead of having to scroll through packages that they are not interested in to get to what they are interested in as we have many different types ofpackages for our clients.
