I like how customizable it is and how easy it is to navigate. I feel it's pretty organized. Jackie Simpson is a huge reason why we enjoy using Exercise as well. It was fairly easy to integrate our clients from our old system over to this one and I enjoy the ease of implementing many packages and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Decision for My Fitness Business"

5/5

What do you like best about Exercise?

I joined Exercise.com in January 2019, and it has truly been one of the best business decisions I've ever made. Throughout my journey, I've had the pleasure of working with two exceptional Customer Success Managers, both of whom have been incredibly responsive and supportive. The first manager guided me through the process of building my portal, ensuring that it was fully prepared before launch. My current manager, Layne, continues to provide invaluable assistance in customizing my portal to meet the unique needs of my business. I wholeheartedly recommend Exercise.com to fitness professionals looking for a robust business platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

I have no dislikes about Exercise.com; it meets all my needs perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to customize my portal to fit my unique business needs enhances my brand identity and improves user experience for my clients. Overall, Exercise.com helps me operate more efficiently and grow my business effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Clinically Useful"

5/5

What do you like best about Exercise?

I've loved all the capabilities and options that exist within this software. I can jump between in-person sessions to asynchronous care without skipping a beat. With so many options and the ability to easily communicate with clients through messaging, I have something unique to share with my clients and feel like I can provide next-level, detail-oriented care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Honestly just the steep learning curve- with all the options, there are many ways to do things. Just figuring out what works for me has taken some time, as expected. Support and guidance from the team has been helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome so far!"

5/5

What do you like best about Exercise?

The team there is very responsive and always willing to help. The platform is straightforward and easy to use and has all of the features that I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Everything has been great so far, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the email subjects. I know it's very minor, but it would be great if the email subject said something like "A message from your Success Coach" or "A message from Migration" or "A message from Technical Support." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most comprehensive gym software I’ve used in 12 years"

5/5

What do you like best about Exercise?

Exercise.com is a one stop shop. I can run my entire business from one platform instead of using multiple platforms.

I can log attendance for each class, run attendance reports, check revenue, do payroll, write programs for in gym clients, and can even sell programs on the site to remote clients.

Heck, they even helped me design an app!

The fact that this can all be done on one site is legendary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Nada. I love everything about it. I just wish I had more time to utilize everything it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
