They created a schedule that matched our requirements and delivered quickly and well. very understanding as we went through the changes. They are adaptable, creative, strategic, and productive. **What do you dislike about Exemplifi?** Sometimes our time zones weren't in sync. Nonetheless, because they were consistently highly responsive, this did not have a negative effect on our overall experience. Considering the scale and complexity of our website, there were a considerable amount of bugs, but nothing I wouldn't have expected, and the team was able to effectively address the ones that did arise. We did experience some launch-related delays. **What problems is Exemplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exemplifi always responds promptly and are very efficient.They were patient throughout the process and produced high-quality work quickly. However, this did not negatively impact our overall experience as they were always very responsive. **Recommendations to others considering Exemplifi:** I recommend Exemplifi because they can handle multiple requests professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. **What problems is Exemplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** They built our website, managed our maintenance and improved its overall performance. ### 3. They were also helpful in translating certain terms for me, as I’m not a computer person at all. **What do you dislike about Exemplifi?** Nothing that I can think of. There were a fair number of bugs, but nothing I wouldn’t have expected considering the size and complexity of our website, and the team were able to respond well to the issues that did come up. We did have a few delays in launching the site, but that was more due to issues with other stakeholders than with Exemplifi. **What problems is Exemplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We hired this team to migrate our website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9. As with any project like this, the devil is in the details, and we were dealing with a variety of functional and aesthetic requirements that needed to be addressed quickly. **What do you like best about Exemplifi?** Exemplifi came through for us in two key ways: 1. they got the first version of our spec almost entirely right when they delivered it (any gaps were on our own end) 2. when we needed to make functional and aesthetic changes, they didn't push back. (You'd be surprised how many vendors don't want to work a problem all the way to resolution.) The net result for us was a faster delivery of a product that was both functional and attractive. Vinod and his team did excellent work for us on a mission-critical project, and along a short timeline wherein there was no room for error. **What do you dislike about Exemplifi?** I can't think of any items that were not addressed. **What problems is Exemplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a job board for our job postings.
