Executive Hunter ATS Reviews & Product Details

Executive Hunter is a multi-tenant ATS and recruitment platform built for agencies that place talent — from executive search to high-volume hiring. At its core is Juno, an AI match engine that scores and ranks candidates against each role across 14 dimensions, including skills, sector experience, seniority and language proficiency, so recruiters work the right shortlists instead of screening manually. The platform brings the full recruitment workflow into one place: candidate and employer management, job pipelines, an integrated email client, interview scheduling with automated reminders, a candidate self-service portal, and reference checking. Built as a multi-tenant SaaS, every agency gets an isolated, GDPR-compliant workspace. Available in Ignite and Scale plans for teams of any size.
