The easy design of the signatures in Exclaimer Cloud - it is almost self explanatory with templates and tools easy to understand, and it is almost impossible to not end up with a good looking signature. I had Signature Manager for Outlook before, but the Cloud version reacts much faster to signature deployments, changes etc, probably because it is closer integrated to Microsoft own office 365 service.

Have not noticed any that I really dislike so far - Exclaimer Signature Outlook Edition was a bit quirky sometimes, specially to get default signatures in Outlook without manual intervention and also with signatures updates, but I have changed to Exclaimer Cloud, which I am now reviewing, and it is much easier to handle.

Easy to set up, it just works without any problems and you never need to touch it again. Their support is, compared to others, outstanding quickly and competent. I had to raise 2 or 3 tickets now and usually got an answer within 10-30 minutes.

Using their cloud service for Office 365 saved us a bunch of time for not needing to configure signatures for each PC and user. A big plus point is that it also for mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.

The signatures look great and the customer service is excellent. I found the customer support to be really good and responsive. They got back to me quickly and were able to assist with queries etc. The portal is easy to use and easy to understand. Its a a great place to learn the skills required to make great looking signatures. The signatures can be made and the rules applied so you can easily apply them to different users.

I had issues applying signatures to shared mailboxes. The guides that I followed weren't able to resolve my issue. I wanted to apply a personal signature from the mailbox that was to be used by multiple users. When I applied the generic Exclaimer signature it appeared with the name of the shared mailbox. I had to apply an Outlook signature over the top of the Exclaimer signature as a work around for this.

The implementation of smart looking signatures. It has enabled us to implement fantastic looking signatures across all of our users. The portal is very user friendly and easy to use. I also particularly like the rule tester. It is a fantastic feature that allows you to test all your signatures. I found it to be one of the most useful features within the portal.

As for creating signatures themselves, the interface is user friendly and allows you to add a variety of different colours, pictures and fonts etc.

I have no dislikes of this service - we are using it over three years.

We are using Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 to manage all mail signatures for all devices. Signature changes for all users can be done very quickly.

The quick setup and the easy to use signature builder. We´re also kinda new to server-side signatures and this is a huge plus compared to our previous client-side signatures which you had to install on every client seperately and couldn´t even use on mobile.

That there is no way for the users to see the server-side signatures beforehand and that the rules to apply signatures are a bit too simple in my opinion. I´d like to have more options e.g. "if this signature is applied, also apply this specific signature aswell and no other one" or "apply this signature to every domain ending with .com, .co.uk etc".

We´re trying to completely automize our signatures, so that users don´t even have to think about them. Benefits definitely are not needing to roll out the signatures seperately to every single client and the handling of Exclaimer is very easy, even for someone who has never worked with it beforehand.

I find Exclaimer Cloud is extremely easy to use and implement. I have implemented it at two companies so far. I love how simple it is to set up and when I edit signatures, they are live as soon as I click save. I have rolled out the client-side signature agent which means our users can choose between signatures before sending emails.

Increasing or decreasing users is very simple to. This allows us to only pay for exactly what we use.

In the main, there's not much to dislike about Exclaimer Cloud. I used to struggle a little bit with the dashboard but they've recently updated it and the new user interface is brilliant.

Whether your company is small or large, if you use Office 365 it's a no-brainer. It's so simple to set up and allows total peace of mind that your brand image is being upheld across your company.

Previously our marketing manager had to design new signature strips for every user and send them out on a monthly basis when we got a new image. This was very time consuming and many of our users would just keep existing signature strips if they preferred them. This lead to a total lack of continuity for our branding as there were lots of different images being used.
