Working with several signatures is sometimes required, but here only one signature can be applied here. It might be usefull to have this option available.

Been able to separate several users by different Domains according with my company requirements. Also the option to change the signature according with the season (Christmas, etc)

The support desk answer queries quickly and I don't think that the service is too expensive.

I found some of the design templates quite difficult to get used to as I have never used any design software before. However after having a training session with Jaz, she explained how to do many of the things that Exclaimer is capable of.

I was recently shown how to add our corporate colours to the Brand Kit so they are always there and easy to add to text

When moving from on-prem email hosting to cloud hosted with Microsoft 365, our biggest issue was signatures.

The product that we were using for on-prem was not available for cloud, so we were relying on individual users to create and apply their signatures correctly, but this led to a lot of inconsistencies across the business.

Exclaimer allows us to set up multiple email signatures for various groups to ensure they not only look great but are also being applied consistently!

We have been using Exclainer for many years and have always liked how easy it is to use. From creating signatures to deploying them out everything works seemlessly. Implementation with Microsoft 365 is simple and they add new features.

Ability to have uniform signature across the company. Using campaigns is also a top feature for us as we will promote different products occosionally and trade shows we attend.

The customer service is exemplary, I was kept informed the entire time and the whole process was so smooth and effortless.

We had an issue with Exclaimer not working in 'new outlook', however the issue was resolved within hours of it being raised.
