The easy interface which allows you to see what the signature will display like when it is applied, and the templates which allow you to finish your first implementation fast

It would be great if the solution allowed an easy way to split different companies on the same o365 tenancy; the interface is a little slow but not by much but still functional

Allows us to overcome users all having different signatures and allowed us to present a united font to our customers and our supplies and we use it as a great marketing tool

The software was straightforward and intuitive to use. Even for someone who doesn't know code, it is not hard to design and implement a signature for the entire organization.

Not much to not like. Need someone adept in office 365 to assist with the setup of the signatures. Some of the settings when configuring the client side was a bit advanced.

Makes it very easy to assign a signature to everyone in the organization. Many users like to modify and change the corporate signature, so we have no consistency. This helped to solve that.

Explain that allowed the marketing department to attach campaigns to the bottom of uses emails at scheduled times removing the need for the user to make the change this was done on the server level which allowed for ease of administration

Their customer service is reliable and we love the customization capabilities of the signatures. Great for branding your emails.

This is solving the problem we had where everyone had a different signature. The ability to give everyone uniform signature designs but still having the ability to create different signatures for our 4 divisions so that we can promote different products is a huge benefit!

I liked the ease of email signature deployment and design. Also, the ability to automatically deploy the update agent software for all applicable devices is hugely helpful.

Initially disliked editing the email signature on Exclaimer's website as it took a bit of getting used to. Also felt a bit constrained which is understandable since it offers wide compatibility amongst many email clients/websites.

It is easy to create and maintain a common corporate profile in mail signatures. Also when we had to add privacy policy to all signatures it was very easy to implement.

Using outlook and Office 365 - maybe I'm not aware of it, but seems that I need two solutions to get all our mail solution covered. However - since we are mainly using outlook it is ok for now

A lot of employees were having different signatures... Now we have one common corporate signature for all, when we are sending mails. Also we are able to set and maintain banner ads when the company is having exhibitions.

Efficient tool for custom signatures. Customer service is almost immediate and is very friendly. Offers actual solutions or advice.

Some learning curve required. User interface not as intuitive as it can be. Not the greatest tool for something that needs to work on mobile.

A bit of HTML knowledge will go a long way when trouble shooting.

Staff are always quick to respond, from the onboarding team to those suporting after sales.

With support from the onboarding team, the signatures are pretty easy to implement. We are changing ours every couple of months to coincide with campaign launches.

Analytics - not easy to understand. Should be explained in detail.

Manual work and heavy administration on staff is now removed

The only difficulties I had were self-inflicted 🤣 a previous employee went and left our as*es, and we had to try and find a way to log in (because the email was expired).

Logging in and utilizing the account established under an incorrect email address for an ex-employee who skipped out on us like my father did.
