"Very good experience."

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Very consistent signature pages that are very professional in appearance. Really good marketing & branding tool. I also manage our Signatures within O365 and this has been equally impressive.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Honestly - the fact that we are using a 3rd party tech partner and don't have an account directly with Excaimer. Fortunately as IT Manager I managed to get us access to edit our own signature files since we've changed our branding a bit.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that when we first implemented Exclaimer it created opportunities internally to finally get some much needed job titles in play! This clarified our org chart while unifying our team.

"IT Provider based in NZ highly recommends Exclaimer"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

We are an IT Provider for SMEs. We use Exclaimer for signature consistency, reliability and simple deployment for multiple users. I'm not sure how it compares to other providers as we have only used Exclaimer, but we have never needed to change. We have also found the technical assistance to be of a very high standard when required.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I preferred the old web interface, but am glad it allows us to still use it for the time being. I find the older interface less overwhelming.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of out SME's have issues with signature consistency when they use multiple device types. Exclaimer solves this by not relying on each devices mail client to handle signatures. This greatly improves their professionalism and appearance. Our clients are always very happy with the results

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

i wish it would sync changes faster, also the learning curve for the designer is a little much for new users.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

If you are going to use exclaimer, use the cloud version. it's much easier to use and setup.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

marketing level stationary on our emails. we've realized that many people really like our signatures and often ask how we set it up the way it is.

"Long Term Exclaimer User"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I have been a user of exclaimer for over 15 year and the best thing about exclaimer is the easy of use and design email signatures.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

It took a while to work out that you can exclude a email signature form a single email by entering some text in body of the email.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Standardisation of emails across my company and data on the email is coming from a single point of truth been Azure.

"Exclaimer is a game changer for our business"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer is easy to use and easy to update. With multiple emails and businesses in our group, Exclaimer makes it all work. No writing rules in outlook. great support

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I cant really think of any downside with Exclaimer

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer is a very cost-effective method of managing multiple individual signatures on multiple emails. It is easy to make the changes globally and not rely on users to update their signatures.

"Useful!"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The main feature. It's easy to create mail signatures for all coworkers and update them whenever needed. IE when we partake in a business fair all our customers are up to date instantly.

I also like the designer tool, in which you constantly see what the result will look like.

I like the fact that you can simultaneously create multiple email signatures. I then just create groups (based on their function or what language they primarily use) and assign the fitting signature to each group.

Quite useful is the fact that Exclaimer automatically loads data from our Microsoft Office 365 portal.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The various parts of Exclaimer are a bit confusing to me. Disclaimer cloud vs signature editor, template editor, autoresponder, mail archiver,... Could be made easier I would say.

I dislike the fact that Exclaimer has chosen to use this G2 service, which first promises me an easily achieved cash reward, but ends up taking a lot of time from me, has since lowered its reward, keeps milking me for more words to achieve the reward level. It's a very frustrating experience which just yields to diminished review quality.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Try it. For us, it did exactly what we needed it to. You should also try the local client. Many users still expect to be able to see their signature as they are drafting an email.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing user signatures within the company used to be a hassle. If you wanted to add a banner you had to send it to everybody, get them to add it, they forgot,... Now it's a lot easier to manage.

Whenever we want to send a message to all our contacts, such as a "Merry christmas" message or, "find us on this trade fair", we can quickly add this to everybody's email.

"Business email signatures"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Ease of setup and creation of signatures that integrate into Office 365 emails.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Features to switch between html and plain signatures after an email has been sent.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Exclaimer was previously set up for our businesses before I joined. It has proven easy to navigate and understand how to design, make rules and integrate for our Office 365 emails.

We are looking forward to seeing new features with the new Exclaimer interface.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email signatures for multiple businesses and multiple people in teams.

"There is no other option when it comes to Email Signatures"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Where to start, there is no other choice when it comes to using email signatures. Exclaimer are great. From implementation to support, you cannot fault them. When we first moved over to Exclaimer the implementation team were brilliant, I had a remote session with them, and they went through all the O365 configuration, setting up the GPO's to install the agent onto the clients, and configuring Mimecast. It all went really smoothly. When I have needed to log a support ticket, they always respond in good time and are very helpful.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Some of there FAQ's can be a little difficult to understand. We use the cloud version and I have found the designer software to be a little clunky at times to use. Getting items to align correctly can be tricky at times. I did have a support case open once about trying to get items to align correctly and Exclaimer kept pushing me to their FAQ's which did not help. I finally managed to get a remote session with them to resolve the issues, but I had to push for this.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Go for it, you will not regret using it.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old method of email signatures was to create one for each staff member, and they had to set it themselves in Outlook. This was very time-consuming. Now that our email signatures are managed centrally, we can create new ones and deploy with ease and staff do not have to get involved.
