I really like the flexibility of the platform. The ability to have multiple signatures applied to emails depending on a multitude of different factors. We can apply a sales promo just to specific people for a set period of time and it reverts back to the default signature once that time has elapsed.

The design options are impressive. Very professional signatures can be applied without much technical or design experience.

The initial set up was done a lot of years ago, but was straight forward and as long as you can follow the easy instructions, it can be done in minutes. We migrated from the on-prem solution which we had used for a lot of years and found the cloud offering to give us better and simpler integration.

When I have logged a ticket for what has only been minor issues around admin access, the response has been quick and professional. I cannot complain about it at all.

I think this will speak volumes when I reveal that my only dislike is that when exiting the signature design screen, I don't get an option to exit the screen back to the signature list. I am forced to click 2 buttons instead of just 1. Shocking! 😁

We operate in multiple countries across multiple domains. Managing this without Exclaimer would be a massive headache. Exclaimer allows us to present a professional coordinated image through our emails wherever they are sent from.

It makes handling a large amount of signatures significantly easier than alternatives. It took a bit of back and forth with their support team to implement it, but once set up we haven't had any issues at all. It's fairly straightforward to make attractive graphics, and applying them to users is robust. Being able to update signatures for a limited time to advertise an event, etc. is a godsend for us in the marketing department.

The signature designer itself is a bit difficult to use, but once setup it's been easy to make different versions. There are some opportunities to cleanup the UI, but nothing massively inconvenient.

The interface can be a bit "clunky" feeling at first, but once you get used to it, it is pretty easy to use.

Exclaimer makes it easy to apply standardized signatures for several people at once. They have an intuitive interface that allows for quick and easy creation of the signature. Their documentation will walk you through everything step. They also offer how to videos if you are really stuck. Exclaimer has been easy to implement and use. Once you sync your users in, Exclaimer handles the rest. Every time I've needed support they are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable about their product. For instance, in a recent email case, the agent took the time to record a personalized How to video to demostrate the resolution for my ticket. He took the time to make sure he understood my question and answer my question in a detailed way without being to complicated.

Although they have good documentation, sometimes it is harder to find. They do have an extensive selection of documentation just could be better organized.

We used to have an issue with people creating their own signatures and causing a mismatch with our company branding. Now with Exclaimer, we can easily create standard signatures and deploy with a click of a button. Changes are simple and take no time to apply.

The ease of implementing, the graphical drag and drop design interface which makes adding marketing banners etc simple and its integration with MS 365 makes this a great choice for us. Being an SME with a small IT department we dont have to spend much time maintaining this which is great.

We've not encountered any real issues with using the product and we've been using this for years. The few support calls we have raised during this time have been answered promptly and got us back on track. Very happy!

We have been using exclaimer for a long time now,from when we first moved to Office 365. Prior to that departmental email templates were used and for sales and marketing in particular were difficult to maintain. Now we just set it up and it works!

The fist syncronization it's not that simple to do

During the year we often need to insert temporary banners/images/photos/texts in our company signatures and with Exclaimer these operations are immediate.

Before Exclaimer we had to go directly on the PCs to customize coworkers signatures and it takes a lot of time.

Easy to setup from an IT perspective, and the editor means marketing can create signatures easily without HTML knowledge. We only needed customer support a little, but they have been fantastic when needed.

A user list of some kind would be useful, showing applicable signatures etc

Eliminate signature sprawl. Our previous solution had hundreds of signatures to catter for different staff, we eliminated 90% of that with Exclaimer

I like how easy to integrate with Exchange Environment and the great customer support that they provide.

It have plenty options to manage the signature, to the point where I wonder how there are companies not using them already

I cannot have more than one email service provider simultaneously with a single license per user. Either Exchange or GSuit platform, in my case, with a single license.

We use both Google and Microsoft mail services, and yes, they are in the same account, but the licensing is double for that reason, and two different panels. Easy to import/export between them, but two.

Only thing is the exclaimer every so often will ask the user to relogin which users ignore, if this could be remvoed and they find another way to do this then woul dbe brilliant
