Template toolsets and the support team (both online articles and technical) are wonderful to work with. Intuitive and effective.

Getting everything configured and working the first time around can be tricky and quirky if you don't already have some technical background.

We've managed to completely standardize a very complex signature system for multiple tenants on different platforms. This would have been nearly impossible to regulate without Exclaimer.

The ability to fully control branding changes and ensure that our signatures are consistent across the business is invaluable.

Ability to organise signatures into folders and apply to groups assists with administration and forward planning for upcoming changes.

The format of the console is efficient and easy to navigate. However please see my following note under dislikes.

The solution integrates from a cloud interface so no software needs to be installed in our environments.

All operations are performed from an intuitive interface and no maintenence is needed due to the software as a service model.

Unable to apply to automatic replies/out of office as they are sent for the exchange server directly. This is only a minor problem however but one that would be appreciated if it could be resolved.

There seems to be solutions available for on premise servers but not for Office 365 environments.

The upcoming console user interface changes seem to be limited and I had to revert to the original layout to enable me to make certain changes (Can't remember what it was now)

Check carefully what your requirements are and ensure you have assistance or experienced exchange/365 administrators on hand. The initial setup needs careful planning as it involves creating transport rules to ensure the mail flows correctly to the Exclaimer servers for signature attachment.

Support from Exclaimer is excellent and support agents are happy to assist in checking configuration to ensure it works as required.

Ensure you are happy with the facilities avaiolable and the limitations of the product, small but could be important to your company.

Can change the signature image with one click.

It eliminates the problem of instructing users to change their signature whenever any company information changes.

Setting up different signatures based on various group memberships is helpful as we can highlight specific departments' facilities if required.

Had the design team recreate signatures for me, it was done quickly and professionally.

We have been able to import all of our templates from our old systems into the cloud solutions

Easy to deploy and maintain. Exclaimer makes it easy to keep our on premise AD updated, then synced to Exclaimer. I also love the fact that we can have multiple signature templates to cover all of our divisions as well as add marketing banners when needed. The team at Exclaimer was great during deployment, even helping design custom templates for us.

The only downside is a user not being able to see the signature in Outlook or on their phone before sending. I think they now have a fix for this but have not had time to test/deploy it.

Standardized email signatures across the company.

Dynamic content is the magic behind being able to centralize signatures and get them out of the hands of the end user. Microsoft Outlook's own signature editor is HORRIBLE, and you would think by version 2019 that Microsoft would have made improvements to that but they haven't. The Exclaimer template editor is a full functional (with HTML source) editor giving you full control over your signatures in all 3 formats (HTML, Rich Text, Plain Text).

So far, I can find no downside to the product. I suppose slight confusion exists in a multi-server environment whereby the setup program launches the "getting started" wizard on every install (which is unnecessary).

Get the trial, you won't be disappointed.

Previously, we deployed Outlook signature templates to user's profiles via the login script. Then the user would have to pick a signature and edit the placeholder details, often breaking the format/layout in the process. This product removes that problem.

Signature Manager also puts full graphical signatures at the bottom of emails sent via mobile devices which is a huge bonus.

The most useful feature is being able to update our company email signatures centrally with new marketing messages and links to new content. It is useful being able to have customised social media links for each person in the company and setting conditions/rules on signatures so you can have a shorter email signature for internal emails.

There is nothing that I particularly dislike about the product. It has all the features that I would expect. It would be good if you could add signatures to calendar invitations as well. It is also quite time consuming to set up the feature that allows users to see the signatures in the email client - it would be better if you didn't have to involve your Office365 administrator in this process.

Ensure you configure it to show the signatures in your email client from the outset. Set up different signatures for internal emails and external emails. Create a user group in Office365 for all users that need the signature added rather than adding everyone individually.

We are driving more traffic to our website and social media channels through the hundreds of email messages we already send every day. We are also finding it a lot easier to update signatures centrally and this has encouraged us to do it more frequently.

Ease of Use and the simplicity of the product.

We really haven't found a downside of using the product. We've had it for years now going from Exchange 2010 up to Exchange 2016 on-premises servers. The software just runs without any issues or headaches.

It works for our intended purpose which is for disclaimers. The product has worked flawlessly for us for years now.

We use the product to tag all sent emails that go Internal or External with a "recycling" disclaimer at the bottom of the emails, then all emails that go Externally with an "Outside" disclaimer which is in addition to the "recycling" disclaimer, then another disclaimer at the top of all incoming emails warning our users that this email came from the outside world to help users identify potential spoofing emails.

Central management of email signatures has freed up admin time considerably. Now, when we want to change someone's job title or add a festive greeting, we do it once instead of multiple times. The support is also amazing & very quick!

The product is straightforward to set up and use. But the best part is the brilliant support that Exclaimer provides along with the fantastic product!
