Excel Solutions, Inc. Reviews & Provider Details

Excel Solutions, Inc. (ESI) is a HIPAA-compliant medical record indexing company that helps hospitals, medical groups, and outpatient clinics take control of their health information management. Since 2005, we have operated as a seamless extension of our clients' staff—indexing inbound clinical and non-clinical documents directly into their EHR or document management system so clinicians and administrators can focus on patient care instead of paperwork. Our flagship service, inbound medical record indexing, captures documents from fax, mail, email, and patient visits and files them accurately into the correct section of each patient's chart, organized by document type and date of service. We specialize in time-sensitive documents: routing medical test results to the right providers for timely review, closing the loop on associated orders, and entering discrete data with precision. Every workflow is customized to your organization's filing preferences and reporting requirements. We also offer preoperative chart completion and medical record retrieval. Our preoperative chart completion service collects, assembles, and finalizes all required documents before scheduled surgeries—gathering H&P reports, clearances, consent forms, and specialist consults from external providers. Our medical record retrieval service obtains records from any provider nationwide, managing every call, follow-up, and status update so your team never has to chase documentation. Healthcare organizations choose Excel Solutions for measurable results. We deliver a 99.9% indexing accuracy rate and a turnaround time of under 24 hours, indexing millions of pages each year and saving every client thousands of man-hours annually. Our experience spans four large health systems, more than 1,000 medical practices, and over 4,000 clinicians who rely on ESI daily—across specialties including kidney and pancreas transplant programs, maternal-fetal medicine, and sleep medicine. Data security and regulatory compliance anchor everything we do. As a HIPAA-compliant partner, we protect every piece of protected health information throughout the indexing and retrieval process. By centralizing and standardizing document indexing, Excel Solutions reduces delays in patient care, eliminates the burden of paper filing, and elevates overall chart quality and operational efficiency. More than a vendor, we are a true partner—collaborating closely with your team to understand your challenges and co-create processes and custom reporting that fit seamlessly into your existing workflows.
