Onboarding to the platform is easy and fast, access feels secure, and the interface is intuitive. Performance is lightweight, and the free starter pack is a nice bonus. **What do you dislike about Evrotrust?** I haven’t identified any downsides so far. I’m expecting the partner network to continue expanding over time. **What problems is Evrotrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure online document signing and real-time authentication that helps avoid in-person meetings and transit time. I like how it saves all the signed documents in an easy to access environment, they have a fairly quick API integration team as well and a very interesting SDK integration. **What do you dislike about Evrotrust?** I am very disappointed that Evrotrust is not translated in Spanish because that's a main language nowadays for sure. Our Spanish clients cannot use the app because of that. Another thing I REALLY want to change is Latin American countries should become authorized in the app so that citizens from there can sign documents freely and without problems. **What problems is Evrotrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for me to sign documents digitally and that way our company is able to automate most of the process that we carry out on a daily basis. I think the app is also pretty useful and reliable when it comes to signing documents for personal matters and I would recommend it for sure. ### 3. Our company have been using the portal and app for over 3 years. The app and the portal are reliable, which leads to almost zero need for support. Change management was a breeze, I rarely see uses to pick up a new solution that quick. **What do you dislike about Evrotrust?** It's hard to find flaws in the solution. The only way is to delete your profile and create it again which I find as complex way. **What problems is Evrotrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** The easy way of esigning via just one app - documents, anexis. You need to hire developers to use the true power.
