And if I encounter any problems, the Evessio team are always on hand to guide and support. I also like the flexibility of the design options allowing us to create a professional looking awards website. Evessio has streamlined our processes, making every step of the awards cycle easier and more integrated. The submissions process is easy to set up and to use online, and our judges love the judging process - it's simple for them to log-in, assess the entries and enter their scores. The back end of the website is easy to navigate, and is flexible enough to have a unique looking website with dynamic funtionality. The ticketing is easy to set up too and again has flexibility in discount codes and timings etc. One of the best things about working with Evessio is the excellent customer support. They are always on hand to help with any queries or suggestions - and they are constantly making improvements to their offering and are clear with what they are working on and when it will be released. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** There isn't much to dislike about the software. The only area that I can think of is it would be great to have a seperate auto email/thankyou page for entries and tickets, but this is only a small thing that is easy enough to get around. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evessio allows all our awards to be managed in one place throughout the entire awards cycle - from submissions through to judging and ticket sales. The software allows bespoke judging/forms/voting for different types of categories, whilst having a streamline interface for users. We can easily run reports to compare how entry submissions/ticket sales are going, and also contact individuals or groups of entrants/attendees through the system. Evessio allows us to collate all of the informaiton into one please and download when required. This also allows entrants to upload, save and go back to entry forms whenever they need too. Donwloading information is easy and the system allows you to download attachments and entry forms in order of category and company entered. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** It takes a few tries to get used to where all of the assets, to build your platform, are situated however after using the platform a few times its fairly easy to locate everything and the help function is also great. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evessio allows me to collate all entrant information, video links, photos and attachments into one place. Being able to fully customise our multiple events is priceless. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** You sometimes need a little help from the support team to finess the final branding (colours/fonts etc) but that said, the support we receive is immediate so no realy barrier. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to manage awards entries in one place from the applicatant to the final judging saves so much time. From the procurement process, to the onboarding & training, to working with their technical team and support teams, it's been plain to see that they do value the support they give their customers. Evessio Awards has a very user friendly interface and as a company they are very transparent and open about their roadmap and the direction the product is going in. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** There isn't anything I dislike at such, there has been some functionality that we feel would benefit from which we have raised with the technical team, some of which has all ready been delivered or is on their roadmap. We would like be able to access a lot of the data in Evessio via and API for our integrations with other systems rather than custom reports. Emails are automated and you can easily update the website on the back end. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only downside is that I can't use it for my exhibitions and badge printing. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I managed my awards manually but using Evessio saves so much of my time! I can direct my judges there to view and score submissions electronically. I've also used ticketing platforms where you can't amend a transaction but Evessio allows this. I do not have much experience on the back end so cannot really comment on that. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a professional-looking platform for clients to use for submissions, and all data stored in one place. Plus the layers of permission and access was a very useful feature too. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only quibble I had was the inability to have two different invoice templates co-existing ie one that specified "entries" couldn't be live at the same time as one specifying "table seats" - the template needed to be the same for both. This gives us a real feel for how many people have engaged so far and a rough gauge of how many entries are yet to be submitted. The team at Evessio are always super helpful and quick to respond so 10/10 for customer service Team Evessio! **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The backend system can be confusing if you're not using it on a regular basis, some of the labelling on the site is not the easiest to understand and there are a number of drop downs to choose from, sometimes it's hard to know which one. However, the support team are quick to answer questions, the online guides are helpful as are the videos. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to monitor how many nominations are coming in.
