One of the things that really stood out to me during my time working with Evessio was their exceptional support - whenever I ran into a problem or had a question about how to implement something into my website, their support team was quick to help me out. Paul, in particular, has been fantastic to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make sure I have a solution. It's evident that Evessio genuinely cares about its customers as they have always been there for me when I needed! **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only downside is not being able to see the changes as you go - you need to make the changes and save to be able to see how it looks live. The teams can share knowledge and help each other. We have a quarterly co-oridnation meeting which Evessio attend. We can therefore ensure new functionality is understood and implemented in a consistent way without the need to create multiple templates and everyone going in different directions. The events are easy to set up, and the system is straightforward easy to use for all. The front end is quick to change, and the entry process for those submitting is easy too. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** There's not a lot I dislike about Evessio. I think the only thing I've ever had an issue with is sending emails to those registered on the system, as the filters haven't been the best in the past, so it was hard to send an email to people that were only coming to one part of an event. I haven't used this function recently though, so it may not even be an issue anymore! **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to launch a brand new awards event in the company, and to make sure it looked professional while also being easy to use on both the front and back end of the system. The Evessio Awards platform solved these problems as it allows people to enter our awards seamlessly and uniformly. It also allows me to see how many entries we have quickly, in which categories, who has started but not finished and how much revenue we have made from the entries. For us, the standard reporting functions are hugely important, and the bespoke reporting capabilities mean we can analyse entries and entrants much more effectively and productively. We probably have a non-standard approach to our final judging, and significant improvements in the Evessio judging functionality in recent years have prompted a number of our judges to congratulate us on how good it is to work with. When I'm not sure of something I can email their support line and I get an email back with help often within a few hours. If something is going to take longer to resolve, they keep me updated. I also like that the product itself is flexible and adaptable, and I've been able to adapt it to fit what we need to do, even it it's not quite what the product was built for. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** Their email notifications could be more sophisticated, this isn't a contact management system, but I've still been able to make it work for me, and then I use my own CMS email system for more complicated things. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run several academic symposiums a year, and one in particular has an application process to attend. We were able to use Evessio's Award management tools, alongside their Event registration/website platform, to manage a significant increase in applications, requiring more people to assist in judging them. Their judging rounds were very useful, as we could set different parameters for each round, but also restrict what parts our judges could see to be able to do blind reviewing of applicants. And if I encounter any problems, the Evessio team are always on hand to guide and support. Evessio has streamlined our processes, making every step of the awards cycle easier and more integrated. The submissions process is easy to set up and to use online, and our judges love the judging process - it's simple for them to log-in, assess the entries and enter their scores. The back end of the website is easy to navigate, and is flexible enough to have a unique looking website with dynamic funtionality. The ticketing is easy to set up too and again has flexibility in discount codes and timings etc. One of the best things about working with Evessio is the excellent customer support. They are always on hand to help with any queries or suggestions - and they are constantly making improvements to their offering and are clear with what they are working on and when it will be released. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** There isn't much to dislike about the software. The only area that I can think of is it would be great to have a seperate auto email/thankyou page for entries and tickets, but this is only a small thing that is easy enough to get around. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evessio allows all our awards to be managed in one place throughout the entire awards cycle - from submissions through to judging and ticket sales. The software allows bespoke judging/forms/voting for different types of categories, whilst having a streamline interface for users. We can easily run reports to compare how entry submissions/ticket sales are going, and also contact individuals or groups of entrants/attendees through the system. Evessio allows us to collate all of the informaiton into one please and download when required. This also allows entrants to upload, save and go back to entry forms whenever they need too. Donwloading information is easy and the system allows you to download attachments and entry forms in order of category and company entered. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** It takes a few tries to get used to where all of the assets, to build your platform, are situated however after using the platform a few times its fairly easy to locate everything and the help function is also great. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evessio allows me to collate all entrant information, video links, photos and attachments into one place. From the procurement process, to the onboarding & training, to working with their technical team and support teams, it's been plain to see that they do value the support they give their customers. Evessio Awards has a very user friendly interface and as a company they are very transparent and open about their roadmap and the direction the product is going in. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** There isn't anything I dislike at such, there has been some functionality that we feel would benefit from which we have raised with the technical team, some of which has all ready been delivered or is on their roadmap. We would like be able to access a lot of the data in Evessio via and API for our integrations with other systems rather than custom reports. Emails are automated and you can easily update the website on the back end. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only downside is that I can't use it for my exhibitions and badge printing. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I managed my awards manually but using Evessio saves so much of my time! I can direct my judges there to view and score submissions electronically. I've also used ticketing platforms where you can't amend a transaction but Evessio allows this. Plus the layers of permission and access was a very useful feature too. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only quibble I had was the inability to have two different invoice templates co-existing ie one that specified "entries" couldn't be live at the same time as one specifying "table seats" - the template needed to be the same for both. This gives us a real feel for how many people have engaged so far and a rough gauge of how many entries are yet to be submitted. The team at Evessio are always super helpful and quick to respond so 10/10 for customer service Team Evessio! **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The backend system can be confusing if you're not using it on a regular basis, some of the labelling on the site is not the easiest to understand and there are a number of drop downs to choose from, sometimes it's hard to know which one.
