The Evessio Awards platform is a fantastic end-to-end event management tool that gives us complete control over the awards process from start to finish.
The customer service is exceptional, and the platform is constantly evolving in response to the needs of the events industry. The ability to have full control over every element of our website, create fully customisable pages, manage the judging portal and entry system, and handle booking options is priceless.
One of the biggest benefits is how much time it saves us. Making a simple update can literally take seconds, rather than having to wait for an external team or supplier to make changes for us. Having that level of control and flexibility makes a huge difference when managing busy awards programmes.
A recent update has also integrated Evessio with our CRM and accounting systems, which is already saving us many hours of double-keying invoices and reducing the potential for errors.

Honestly, I struggle to identify anything I dislike about Evessio. Like any platform, there are always things that could be developed or improved, but what I really value is how responsive the team is to feedback.
If there is something that would improve our processes, we can submit feedback directly. Other Evessio users can then ‘thumbs up’ suggestions they would also find useful, helping to move popular ideas further up the development pathway.
It makes you feel like you genuinely have a voice in how the platform develops, rather than simply being told what features are available.
