**What do you like best about Everpeak Partners?**

The team was awesome and available. This made them very easy to work with. Their systems really helped keep our team accountable which I think was the most impactful part of keeping us on our original timeline.

**What do you dislike about Everpeak Partners?**

We were able to identify quite a few other items they could assist with. Ha!

**Recommendations to others considering Everpeak Partners:**

Cait is a rockstar. But overall the experience was awesome. Excited to bring them in our next project.

**What problems is Everpeak Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you're scaling a sales team, your CRM should work for you — not against you. We were spending too much time managing data, creating manual workflows, and struggling with clunky integrations. That changed when we partnered with Everpeak Partners. What began as a tool evaluation turned into a major upgrade in how we manage our customer relationships.

The Challenge
Our CRM had become a patchwork of workarounds. Sales reps avoided logging data, reporting was slow and inconsistent, and onboarding new team members meant hours of training just to navigate the system. We needed something intuitive, flexible, and purpose-built for fast-moving sales teams.

Customization Without Complexity
Everpeak Partners gave us the flexibility to adapt the CRM to our sales process without needing a developer. Pipelines, custom fields, and automations were easy to set up, and we could make changes on the fly as our process evolved.

Better Reporting and Visibility
With real-time dashboards and easy-to-build reports, we finally have a clear view of our funnel. Leadership can spot trends early, and reps have better ownership of their pipeline.

**What do you like best about Everpeak Partners?**

Not only are they efficient and knowledgeable, they also care about the community and, as an organization, work to make life better for others. All businesses should follow a similar model.

**What do you dislike about Everpeak Partners?**

I did not find any downsides. The clear and quick communication helped us navigate any challenges with comfort.

**What problems is Everpeak Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a nonprofit organization, our expertise is providing resources for victims of sex trafficking. Tech is not our strong suit!  Everpeak was generous with their time and skills to make sure that we are set up properly after our migration to Salesforce. And we are very grateful!

They are not the cheapest, but I think you get what you pay for.

**What problems is Everpeak Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use both Salesforce and Hubspot.  Everpeak set up the software to work well together for our needs, and also consulted on our overall sales and outbound process.

**Describe the project or task Everpeak Partners helped with:**

We recently worked with Everpeak for 3 months on a custom SF interface (converting opportunities to projects), internal process automation, calendar customization, and document generation. Everpeak delivered on all counts, explained limitations in the SF architecture clearly, and worked through SF modification requests via biweekly calls during the project. 

**What do you like best about Everpeak Partners?**

Oliver and Eason provided extremely knowledgeable and competent development services. Plus, they integrated us to Lightning and made some nice customizations and reports within the Lightning interface. Cannot recommend Everpeak highly enough. Everpeak also offers flexible, tailored plans for ongoing customer support.

**What do you dislike about Everpeak Partners?**

We wasted a great deal of time and money on hack developers who flaked on project completion before having success with Everpeak. Bottom line is Everpeak succeeded in building out a custom development project where two other overpriced developers crashed and burned. We wasted over a year(!!) and thousands of dollars with the other development outfits that were better at invoicing than developing (which is humorous because generating invoices was one of our automation projects).
