Since it’s mainly cloud-based it travels with me wherever I go, and since a lot of the work idea is remote, it allows me to have full functionality and capability wherever I’m at. It also runs very fast and I’m very very pleased with the expediency of completing task. **What do you dislike about EventPro?** What I dislike is, I can often have different software design, bugs, and user experience issues that muddle down the experience. As fast as it is, I sometimes have to stop and restart the application more often than I would like. **What problems is EventPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with our event, tracking and planning software for different virtual, and in person events that we host. Our company had a bunch of new staff and locations. EventPro made it really easy for all the parties to connect and to schedule the location. It was one of the easiest programs i have used for scheduling big campaigns with multiple loctions and traveling staff **What do you dislike about EventPro?** Event Pro seemed like it really excelled for scheduling temp staff on multiple locations. It didn't seem superior for daily time keeping tasks. **What problems is EventPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventPro is helping to schedule a large campaign with multiple locations. We have a number of brand ambassadors working on our compaigns. Eventpros team was incredibly creative and brought a unique perspective to our event concept. The entire team was responsive and courteous throughout the planning process. **What do you dislike about EventPro?** Budget overspending.. while the final event was phenomenal, we did experience some unexpected expenses that pushed us slightly over budget. It would have been helpful for Eventpro to provide more recommendations for cost-saving measures **What problems is EventPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Event planning can be overwhelming and many of us stuggle to plan and execute successful events due to lack of time, resources, etc. but EventPros team takes care of all the event planning details, freeing up our (clients) to focus on our core business instead of event planning. I LOVE their customer service. When I call I get to talk to a live person and they stay with me until the problem is solved. I have used this software for 8 years, and I typically speak with the same people when I call. They have also customized different reports and solutions based on my specific needs. **What do you dislike about EventPro?** I have the new Inquiry module, and there are too many steps to turn a previous inquiry into a booked event. **Recommendations to others considering EventPro:** This is great for event venues that have multiple spaces and many people booking events. **What problems is EventPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Definitely the customized reports. I have several different sales people and costs, I can decvelope reports that spit out exactly what I need. ### 15. Easily able to add tickets to a delegates profile for functions happening throughout the Conference and/or trade show. Can add abstract topics and change authors, add in session times and exact presentation times. **What do you dislike about EventPro?** A little bit cumbersome for abstract submission and replacing abstracts. Can be a little hard to search for some things. Can be a little clunky to use sometimes. Slow depending on your internet connection. Exporting can take a while if you have a lot of abstracts. **Recommendations to others considering EventPro:** Look at ease of software implementation and how easy it is for new staff to pick it up and the cost of ROI to your business. Events Pro is a particularly good program for plenty of abstract submissions and updating programs with very intricate level of details. **What problems is EventPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to make the registration process as streamline as possible which can happen if you have good training and great customer service teams. It's great to remove the use of excel documents to run events and making it easier to bulk upload and change. ### 16.
