Eventist Reviews & Product Details

Eventist is an event ticketing and management platform for organizers who run more than a ticket sale. Festivals, conferences, competitions, venues and studios sell general admission, reserved seats, passes, registrations and memberships, then run the event from the same place. Pricing is a flat fee per ticket, never a percentage, and payouts land in the organizer's own Stripe or Square account. Around the ticket, Eventist adds a drag-and-drop multi-stage schedule builder with conflict checks, an interactive site map with vendor booths, staff and volunteer shifts, a live run of show, a box office with point of sale, and QR check-in from any phone that works offline. Competitions get studio registration, heat grouping and live judge scoring. Attendees open one link for their tickets, personal schedule and live map. Eventist runs in eight languages, connects to Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and Zoom, and includes an AI assistant that drafts tickets and schedules.
