Eventist is an all in one festival management and ticketing platform built in Canada for independent and community festivals. Sell general admission, VIP and reserved seat tickets, day and weekend passes, camping and parking add ons, early bird tiers, coupon codes, promoter links and deposit plus instalment payment plans. Build multi day, multi stage schedules with automatic performer conflict checks, and publish an interactive festival map with stages and vendor booths to an attendee portal. Give staff and volunteers roles, task lists and a run of show portal. Check attendees in by QR code from any phone, sell at the gate with a built in point of sale, and watch sales and check ins on live dashboards. Pricing is a flat fee per ticket, never a percentage: $0.85 CAD for general admission or $4.99 CAD for the full festival package, with no monthly subscription and no setup fee. Free events are free. Organizers keep their attendee data and get support from a real person.
