I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. At the moment, I see nothing to dislike about EventCreate. The only thing I would recommend would be another price tier (slightly above the free version) for smaller event planners who plan events a little less frequently. As a human resources consultant for small businesses, EventCreate is a very useful tool in helping clients plan company events. It is very user friendly for both administrators and end users. In a matter of minutes, a new event can be created, easily sent to your invitation list, and results will immediately be tracked. The events/sites look very professional and are easily customized to fit your company's vibe. The only downfall of EventCreate is that you are limited to 50 attendees if using the free version of the site. This makes it ideal for small businesses who would be under that threshold. With as easy as this system is to implement and utilize, it is likely also very beneficial for larger orgnizations who have even more people to track, even if it does come with a cost. EventCreate is simple for anyone with basic computer skills to use and rapidly deploy a highly effective website. We were thrilled with the tools and the ability to integrate photos quickly and effectively into the product.

While we believe that the Pro package is an excellent deal for our application, we felt like the real cost of the product is not transparent until some commitment is already made by the user. We initially misunderstood what was available through the free version, and some customers might be put off by this ambiguity.

Something I love about using EventCreate is how easy it is to create lists for communicating with event attendees post-event. It allows for seamless capture and export of attendee information. I needed to setup a quick personal rsvp and wanted immediate transparency in being able to send a URL and not find out until after customization was complete. EventCreate was upfront on what a personal versus business plan would do and while it was the initial reason for selecting EventCreate, it is not the reason for the review.

I was extremely impressed with the intuitiveness of the UI and ease of quickly setting up a party invite while still allowing to customize every aspect of the page. I did not expect to be able to recreate the invite design I had envisioned in my head and the final result exceeded my expectations. EventCreate is the most impressive party invite platform I have used from the initial transparency, to the design, to the management of your guests including the questions you can ask.
