Evalystar Reviews & Product Details

Evalystar is self-service vendor management software for facilities and procurement teams. Every vendor gets one record, shared across all your sites: contracts, SLAs, documents, jobs, ratings and invoices. Before you book a job, Evalystar flags vendors whose active contract already covers it, ranks the rest by past ratings, and drafts the quote request. On-site staff rate the work from an email link, with no app or account. Contract clauses sit next to the work actually done, so compliance gaps show up before renewal, not after. Each vendor invoice is checked against the contract and the job record, so you stop paying for work you did not get. At contract end, the record shows whether the vendor met its terms. Sign up and set it up yourself, with no sales call or implementation project. Free is permanent with unlimited sites, users and vendors; Pro is $99 USD per site per month; Enterprise is quoted.
