**What do you like best about SiteSpeakAI?**

SiteSpeakAI makes it very easy to train an AI customer support agent on your website's content and help docs. Your visitors can then easily get answers to their questions, 24/7 without you having to hire more customer support personal. There's also an option escalate a conversation to a live agent, which means visitors can still get in touch with a human agent when they need (but AI takes care of most of the queries).

**What do you dislike about SiteSpeakAI?**

You need to make sure you include ALL your relevant site content and documentation so the AI has the best chance of answering your customer's questions.

**What problems is SiteSpeakAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped me scale my customer support without having to hire more customer support agents. I can deploy it across multiple Saas apps easily.
