eShoppingAdvisor Reviews & Product Details

eShoppingAdvisor is a customer review and online reputation management platform for eCommerce businesses. It helps merchants collect and verify customer feedback, manage reviews across multiple channels, showcase their reputation, and use customer insights to improve products and service. The platform brings together review collection, product reviews, customer Q&A, reputation marketing, and AI analysis. Its workflow covers six connected activities: increase visibility, collect reviews, verify experiences, respond to feedback, showcase reputation, and analyze results. COLLECT COMPANY AND PRODUCT REVIEWS Automate review invitations through email, SMS, and WhatsApp, with reminders that encourage customers to share their experience. Merchants can invite both new and previous customers, use dedicated review links, and connect physical deliveries to online feedback through branded QR-code cards. Customers can contribute photos and videos alongside their reviews. Product review tools include follow-up reminders for products that have not yet been reviewed and the option to return later to review purchases. Additional questions help merchants understand specific aspects of the shopping experience. For product feedback, AI can generate three questions tailored to the purchased item. These additional evaluations provide private insights for the merchant without affecting the public product rating. BRING REVIEWS FROM DIFFERENT PLATFORMS TOGETHER Import reviews from Google, Facebook, and eBay to bring customer feedback into a shared reputation workflow. Supported integrations also connect review responses. Replies published through eShoppingAdvisor can be published on Google and Facebook, while replies from those platforms can be synchronized back to ESA. eBay imports include reviews and available responses, without publishing replies back to eBay. This helps teams manage feedback that would otherwise remain scattered across separate platforms. DISTRIBUTE REVIEW INVITATIONS WITH TRUST MANAGER Trust Manager lets merchants allocate review invitations across eShoppingAdvisor, Trustpilot, and Google by setting the percentage assigned to each platform. Businesses can build their reputation across several destinations while coordinating invitation distribution through one service. Trust Manager is available separately. ANSWER PRODUCT QUESTIONS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS The Q&A service allows shoppers to ask product questions through eShoppingAdvisor’s homepage or product pages. Merchants can answer directly or choose to involve customers who have already reviewed the specific product. This gives prospective buyers access to practical information from people with relevant experience and helps businesses identify questions that need clearer answers. VERIFY EXPERIENCES AND MANAGE CRITICAL FEEDBACK Review verification uses order data from connected stores for invited reviews and purchase documentation for spontaneous reviews. Public labels distinguish verified and unverified reviews and explain how feedback was collected and checked. Merchants can also report suspected fake reviews through a process that requests purchase evidence from the reviewer. On eligible plans, the Negative Reviews Management System provides a seven-day period before reviews rated below four stars are published. During this time, merchants can contact the customer to understand the issue and work toward a resolution. Public replies are published alongside the review; private replies are sent directly to the customer. RESPOND WITH AUTOMATION AND AI SUPPORT Merchants can use editable response templates for positive reviews, generate AI-assisted replies for manual publication, or enable automatic AI responses on eligible plans or through add-ons. Response settings allow businesses to select different tones and handling rules by rating range, including manual handling where preferred. SHOWCASE REPUTATION ACROSS YOUR MARKETING A badge builder helps merchants display ratings and customer feedback through minimal, floating, and carousel formats, with customization options that vary by plan. Review-sharing tools turn customer feedback into branded images for social posts and stories. Merchants can select templates, download their images, and save them for future use. Company also includes AI image generation. Businesses can extend their reputation into newsletters and email signatures, making customer feedback visible at more points in the purchase journey. SUPPORT BUSINESS AND PRODUCT DISCOVERY Public business profiles bring together company information, reviews, and, depending on the plan, photos and videos. Multilingual profiles support international audiences, while Company provides automatic review translation into Italian, English, Spanish, German, and French. Eligible merchants can submit product feeds to ESA’s product search and comparison engine and publish community discount coupons. Product review feeds also support submission to Google Merchant Center, subject to Google’s eligibility and display requirements. TURN CUSTOMER FEEDBACK INTO ACTION The AI analytics dashboard groups reviews by theme and period, helping teams identify recurring strengths, service issues, and product concerns. Charts and thematic clusters make changes in customer sentiment easier to track and provide suggestions for improving communication, customer care, and the offering. Public AI review summaries also help shoppers explore customer feedback by rating and period. eShoppingAdvisor is designed for online retailers, brands, and agencies that want to connect reputation management with everyday marketing and customer experience decisions. Eligible plans include a dedicated Account Manager to support the merchant’s reputation development. Features, invitation volumes, integrations, customization options, and support vary by subscription plan. Selected services are available as separate add-ons.
