The quick response to our results has sped up our hiring process for the agency. This has allowed us to focus more on the new hire. **What do you dislike about eScreen, Inc.?** As of now, I don't have any dislikes for eScreen. As a company eScreen has been the fastest in getting our results to us within 24 hours or less. Whether you're scheduling a new test, canceling an appointment, or checking on results, the ease of using the service is very beneficial. **What do you dislike about eScreen, Inc.?** Occasionally it is challenging to locate appointment info, but it is often half the user's fault. If a section of the candidate's information is left blank, it can sometimes make the search function struggle. **What problems is eScreen, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the staffing industry, rescheduling appointments is a daily occurrence. The benefit of eScreen is the ability to locate an appointment and change the details quickly. We have used other testing services where making changes was a challenge. ### 5.
