Always responsive and helpful if they don't fix it on the phone it's fixed overnight. We make suggestions and they implement them. We had a very problematic inventory that cost us, customers and hours of pain. After months of research and testing, this was the obvious solution. Syncs with accounting software like nothing else we tried. manufacturing assemblies are easy and work smoothly.

You won't find one better. Our last inventory software was difficult to recover data and generate full reports and made the transition difficult so the ability to leave Erpag and collect all data was important and this shows that they are confident in what they do. The system is very intuitive and has a better GUI than other CRM software programs. We faced many limitations with our choice of inventory management scanners when using Microsoft CRM, but there was no problem when trying it with ERPAG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I do not like: for every option you choose within ERPAG it opens a new browser tab. Instead of having an intuitive forward and back design you have to figure out which tab you were on.
