Its easy to share data with your peers and transmissions are secure. its gives real time data and in simplest format which makes the system very user friendly

Does not assist much on huge budget doesn't give you the correct figures.

**What problems is ZipBooks for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to generate reports
Easy to generate Invoices and send statements to customers which are outstanding

**What do you like best about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

The best thing is that I do not have to install any complex software, just by adding the application to the browser we can start using it. Your panels help me manage accounts, create invoices and control customer payments. In function to the growth of the company I can go activating more specialized modules.

**What do you dislike about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

Until now there is only agreement with two payment processors (Stripe or Square), but I imagine in the future they are incorporating other more flexible or common payment methods for other countries such as Paypal or Payoneer, but until now the module has been satisfactory. charges with credit card.

**Recommendations to others considering ZipBooks for G Suite:**

If you are starting your business, this is an excellent tool that will help you manage your finances and allow you to streamline invoice and billing procedures. As your company grows you can buy other modules with more complex functions

It seems a simple software but it covers all the functions that small entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs need to manage projects, clients and invoices. Another of its best features are the reports that allow tracking of payment times.

This application allows to take the different statistics of the company and know the expenses that are made daily, and also allows to have a control of all the finances of the company this helping to reduce losses, the program has different plans and prices that adapt to any need.

The program can be limited when it comes to large companies, has many tools but still does not meet all the requirements to be a program that reaches the most advanced area.

It has multiple options to manage an organization of sales, profits and expenses quickly without many complications, the application has multiple guides that allow use without having previous knowledge, the application allows you to keep certain statistics in real time, which offers the ability to make decisions quickly about the company.

It is a program with several tools to track our company, it is a perfect program for medium and small companies, with several types of plans that adapt to the need of the user who acquires the program, it is a perfect program to have statistics of sales, expenses and profits in a simple and fast way, the program has a very easy to understand interface, so the use of this program is really intuitive.

It can present a lack of data when generating reports and accounts with few tools to manipulate them, and it is a program that, despite having multiple tools, may not work correctly in large companies.

This program fulfills the function of easily managing the financial movements of the company, this program works perfectly for small companies, has economic plans that make it accessible to individual companies, allows to track sales, expenses, losses and profits, in a flexible and comfortable way , thanks to its very intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

The program does not have a lot of advanced tools, it is not an option for large companies, the reports that can be generated through this program, may seem deficient and with lack of information.

**Recommendations to others considering ZipBooks for G Suite:**

I recommend taking into account the characteristics of the company and the need of the moment, if you need to keep a record of a small amount of sales, and keep a record of a certain number of items this program will work without problems, it is a program that I recommend only at the beginning, but I do not doubt that more professional tools are needed later.

Being a program very easy to handle, allows us to keep track of our movements without problems, without the need to be an accountant or someone specialized in the area, this program gives us the ability to see in real time the various data of the company and how sales move, gives us the opportunity to realize which are the weak points of the company and how to repair them.

Zip Books for G Suite was a great way to merge our company's books because all of our employees were already full G-Suite integrated. It was a great choice for our organization.

**What do you dislike about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

There aren't too many things to dislike! Our organization definitely had some naysayers at first, but many came around to this option!

**Recommendations to others considering ZipBooks for G Suite:**

It's really wonderful if you can integrate it in an organization that is already using G Suite. At least, it was super helpful for us to make this shift based on the other G Suite products we were already using.

**What problems is ZipBooks for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been helping us keep the books for our organization that is already super dependant on Google Products (with almost all employees on chromebooks) and this has been a simple way to further integrate that aspect.

It has multiple options and multiple guidelines to manage an organization that do not require previous knowledge. The application allows you to keep maintain statistics in real time, which helps in making decisions. Simple to use and is very adaptive in nature.

Limited opportunities when you want to scale up the business. Better used for smaller companies.

It helps in making day to day finance needs easier, and keep track of expense reports.

**What do you like best about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

Easy to use for someone without any accounting knowledge. I used to use this software at my previous company. For what it was then and for as simple as was, it served my needs at the time but it's a little difficult to use with my workflow so I feel like I outgrew it. Overall, it's a good value and worth testing out, but that may not work for every business model either.

**What do you dislike about ZipBooks for G Suite?**

The reporting features are seriously lacking. No balance statement, COG 's are grouped together on the Income Statement, no polarisation of income sources and no field on the Income Statement is clickable for a detailed report. Receipt and Expense pages are long with just one arrow to the next page.

**Recommendations to others considering ZipBooks for G Suite:**

Feel free to use this software for entry level usage, beyond that a stronger accounting software will absolutely be needed.

**What problems is ZipBooks for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For invoices and tracking expenditure, it is my hope and belief that this software will grow in time. Since I last used, this software was without a doubt an infant accounting program that did not compete properly with quickbooks/

It flows seamlessly with G Suite, so one sign in and you are good.

Nothing at this point. I like pretty much everything about it.

I can keep track of all of my business' financials easily. I'm not an accountant but you do t need to be if you use ZipBooks.

Overall the product is good, just have some login issues. Unfortunately, from time to time I can’t see my books
