ERP Pilot Reviews & Product Details

ERP Pilot is an independent ERP comparison tool that helps mid-market companies identify and select the right enterprise resource planning system based on their specific technical and business requirements. Designed for IT decision-makers, CFOs, CTOs, and operations managers at companies with 50–2,000 employees, ERP Pilot applies a knockout scoring methodology to evaluate major ERP systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, and SAP Business One against a company's actual dealbreaker criteria. The result is an objective, ranked shortlist delivered in under 10 minutes, without requiring vendor contact or sales demos. Key capabilities and value propositions include: - Knockout Scoring Engine: Systematically eliminates ERP vendors that fail to meet critical technical requirements across 12+ dealbreaker criteria, covering 6+ major systems before any time is spent in vendor-led sales processes. - 14+ Question Requirements Wizard: Captures company size, industry vertical, process needs, budget, and technical constraints to generate a reasoned ERP recommendation with clear elimination logic. - Independent TCO & Pricing Data: Delivers real 3-year total cost of ownership estimates for all evaluated systems, including implementation costs, with no vendor sponsorship or referral fees influencing results. - Premium Management Summary: An optional paid report providing custom TCO projections, an implementation roadmap, and a vendor negotiation guide based on the user's specific inputs. - GDPR-Compliant & Vendor-Free: All data is stored on EU infrastructure and never shared with ERP vendors. No registration is required to complete the comparison. ERP Pilot is available on a freemium basis, with the core comparison tool free and optional premium reports available as one-time purchases starting at $47.
