"Great Entity Relationship Diagram tool"

What do you like best about ERDPlus?

The feature of forward engineering to convert the entity relationship diagram to the SQL relational schema is delightful and of much benefit for everyone.The too has all the shapes required to denote each & every item which is to be depicted in an entity relationship diagram. The associations and relationships can be easily draw between two entities. Total Participation and Partial Participation can also be depicted in the diagram easily. Various other features like exporting the diagram as a PDF or Image is also provided by the ERDPlus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ERDPlus?

There is as such no downside in this tool but sometimes relationship between more than two entities can be quite tiresome to make. The constraint need to be applied manually, if any in the relational schema after we have used the forward engineering feature to obtain the relational schema of the diagram. Recommended for all people to use this tool for making their entity relationship diagram in a very easy, smooth and rapid way. It is free of charge and hence one has to spend no bucks to carry out the work which is very important for specially those who are just at a learning stage of making a normalized and correct entity relationship diagram. What problems is ERDPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily make all the entity relationship diagrams required. I can obtain relevant relational schema for the same diagram as well. I can also update and change the diagram whenever required as per my convenience. ERDPlus is one of the best free database modeling tools online. With the availability of a ton of features, you can create entity relationship diagrams, relational schemas and star schemas with ease. The best part is there's a brief guide on how to create your ER diagrams especially for beginners.You can also easily convert your created ER diagrams to relation schemas.
