"Streamlining Equity Management and Valuation for Large-Scale Hospitality Operations"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

As a Facilities Director at a luxury resort, my focus is often on high-level capital projects and long-term asset management. Eqvista has been a game-changer for us because of its seamless integration of cap table management and real-time business valuation. In the hospitality industry, managing equity for multiple stakeholders and investors can become messy, but Eqvista’s dashboard provides a clear, professional-grade overview that is audit-ready.

The 409A valuation feature is particularly impressive. It removed the guesswork and the typical 2-3 week delay we used to face when needing updated company worth for internal reporting or investor updates. The NACVA-certified approach gives our leadership team the confidence that the data is accurate and compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

While the platform is incredibly robust, the initial setup for complex historical data took a bit more time than anticipated. Specifically, mapping out older, multi-layered vesting schedules required a few back-and-forth sessions with their support team. Also, I would love to see more hospitality-specific reporting templates to further align the equity data with our physical asset management cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Essential Toolkit for Portfolio Oversight and Early-Stage Equity Hygiene"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

As both a Founder and an Angel Investor, I view a clean cap table as a prerequisite for any serious fundraising. What I like most about Eqvista is how it professionalizes the "Seed-to-Series A" transition. The platform makes it incredibly simple to issue shares, track convertible notes, and manage SAFEs without the version-control nightmares of a spreadsheet.

For an investor, the transparency is the biggest win. Being able to log into a shareholder portal and see my holdings, vesting progress, and current valuation in real-time is a massive upgrade over chasing founders for PDF updates. The integration of NACVA-certified 409A valuations is also a game-changer; it removes a major friction point during due diligence and ensures that the company remains compliant from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

While the equity management side is flawless, I’d like to see more advanced features for Launch Accelerators, such as a dedicated "Admin Dashboard" to track equity across multiple separate entities simultaneously. Currently, while you can manage multiple companies, a more consolidated view for mentors and advisors to see their aggregate equity across a whole cohort would be beneficial. Also, adding more localized compliance templates for European or SE Asian markets would help founders in my network who operate globally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhancing Investor Transparency and Portfolio Equity Management in Real Estate"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

As a Principal Investor and Founder in the real estate sector, managing diverse equity structures across multiple property portfolios is a complex task. What I like best about Eqvista is the institutional-grade clarity it brings to our cap table management. The platform’s ability to handle various share classes and investor pools is exceptional. Additionally, the integrated 409A valuation service is a standout feature for us. Having a NACVA-certified valuation that is audit-ready provides our stakeholders and potential partners with the professional confidence required for high-stakes real estate transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

While the platform provides excellent general financial reporting, I would like to see more specialized reporting templates tailored specifically for real estate investment trusts or property-holding companies. For instance, being able to tag specific equity pools to individual property assets within the dashboard would be a beneficial update. Furthermore, while the interface is clean, the process of bulk-uploading historical paper-based contracts during the initial migration could be more automated to save time during the setup phase. "Institutional-Grade Equity Management for High-Growth Portfolio Companies"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

As a General Partner in the financial services and VC space, my priority is maintaining a clean, audit-ready capital structure across our portfolio. Eqvista stands out because it democratizes access to sophisticated equity tools that were previously only available to enterprise-level firms. The NACVA-certified 409A valuations integrated directly within the cap table management system is a masterstroke. It eliminates the friction between our portfolio companies and external valuation firms. I particularly appreciate the platform's ability to handle complex Waterfall Analysis and Round Modeling; it allows us to visualize exit scenarios and liquidation preferences with high mathematical precision, which is vital for our fiduciary reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

While the platform is incredibly robust for equity and valuations, I would like to see a more advanced "Investor Dashboard" specifically designed for GPs to track multiple portfolio companies from a single login with consolidated reporting. Currently, navigating between different entities requires a bit more manual toggling than I’d like. Furthermore, adding more automated "Scenario Planning" for complex down-round protections or anti-dilution triggers would make it the ultimate tool for venture-backed board members. "Bringing Engineering Precision to Equity Governance and Stakeholder Transparency"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

In the mechanical and industrial engineering sector, we rely on high-fidelity data and repeatable processes. What I like best about Eqvista is that it treats equity management with the same level of technical rigor we apply to our engineering projects. The platform’s ability to centralize cap tables and automate complex vesting schedules is outstanding. Furthermore, having a NACVA-certified 409A valuation integrated into the system is a major asset; it ensures that our company’s fair market value is always defensible and mathematically sound, which is vital for our long-term strategic planning and partner relations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

While the core functionality is exceptional, I would appreciate more robust integration options with industry-standard resource planning (ERP) software used in the engineering field. Being able to sync valuation data directly into our broader operational dashboards would provide a more holistic view of our firm's health. Additionally, for senior partners who aren't as tech-savvy, a simplified "one-click" summary report for annual meetings would be a helpful UI enhancement to an already powerful platform. "Streamlining Cap Table Due Diligence and Statutory Compliance for Tech Clients"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

From a legal advisory standpoint, Eqvista provides the structural integrity required for high-stakes corporate governance. What I like best is the automated 409A valuation workflow and the ability to maintain a 'Safe Harbor' status for our clients within a single platform. The electronic share issuance and board consent tracking significantly reduce the billable hours we usually spend on manual cap table reconciliation. It acts as a robust, audit-ready digital ledger that simplifies the due diligence process during venture financing or M&A activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

The platform is functionally strong, but I would like to see a more granular 'Counsel-Only' permission tier. Currently, giving external legal advisors access often exposes more internal board data than necessary for a standard audit. Additionally, the document versioning in the data room could be more intuitive for tracking redlined share purchase agreements. However, their customer success team is highly responsive to legal-specific feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Robust Framework for Managing Equity Assets and Regulatory Compliance"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

In the real estate and facility management industry, precision and long-term stability are key. What I like best about Eqvista is the structural clarity it brings to our equity management. The platform’s ability to centralize cap tables and provide NACVA-certified 409A valuations is a major advantage. It ensures that our internal financial records are as organized as our physical assets. The interface is clean and professional, making it easy to track vesting schedules and equity distribution without needing a background in deep finance. It effectively bridges the gap between complex legal requirements and everyday operational management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

One area where I see room for growth is the integration with industry-specific ERP or Property Management software. As a Director of Facilities, I often work within complex ecosystem tools, and having a direct data sync to pull valuation metrics into our broader operational dashboards would be very beneficial. Additionally, while the reporting is thorough, I would like to see more options for customizing the visual layout of summary reports to better suit our board-level presentations. "The Gold Standard for Equity Data Accuracy and Real-Time Business Valuation"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

As a BI Lead, I am constantly looking for "Single Source of Truth" platforms, and Eqvista fits that role perfectly for our equity management. There are three specific areas where it excels:

Data Precision: The automated cap table ensures that our equity data is always reconciled and audit-ready, eliminating the discrepancies we used to face with manual entries.

Valuation Reliability: The integration of NACVA-certified 409A valuations directly into the platform provides a level of financial defensibility that is crucial for our high-level analytics.

Granular Reporting: The ability to export clean, structured data sets allows my team to easily integrate equity milestones into our broader business intelligence dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

From a technical standpoint, the API documentation could be more robust. While the platform offers great internal tools, setting up custom webhooks for real-time data streaming into our external BI environment required more manual effort than anticipated. I would also like to see more advanced visualization options within the native dashboard to help non-data stakeholders interpret dilution scenarios without needing an export. "A Scalable Solution for Managing Growth-Phase Equity and Valuation Data"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

The most impressive part of Eqvista is how it bridges the gapbetween complex financial compliance and daily operational transparency. As a Paid Social Manager, I’m focused on scaling our digital presence, which often correlates with our company's funding rounds and valuation shifts. Eqvista’s real-time cap table management allows our leadership to stay agile. The platform’s 409A valuation service is also a standout—it’s fast, NACVA-certified, and provides the audit-ready documentation we need to maintain investor confidence while we aggressively scale our ad spend and market share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

One minor friction point is the report customization for specific date ranges in the historical data view. While the standard reports are comprehensive, I would love to see a more flexible "drag-and-drop" report builder that allows us to compare equity milestones directly against marketing performance timelines. Additionally, the initial onboarding for team members who aren't familiar with equity terminology can take a little longer than expected, so more "in-app" tooltips for beginners would be a great addition. "Aligning Growth Metrics with Real-Time Equity Accuracy"
What do you like best about Eqvista?

Working in Marketing Operations at RevGenius Labs, I value systems that eliminate data silos. Eqvista stands out because it provides a real-time, professional-grade source of truth for our company’s capitalization. The standout feature for me is the automated cap table management combined with the NACVA-certified 409A valuation. It allows us to see exactly how our aggressive scaling and marketing-driven growth correlate with the company’s fair market value. The shareholder portal is also incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage equity-based compensation for our growing team without the typical administrative bottlenecks found in legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eqvista?

As someone focused on the "MarTech" and "RevOps" stack, I feel the platform could benefit from more direct API integrations with CRM and recruitment platforms. While the data export features are reliable, having a native sync with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track equity incentives as part of the overall customer acquisition and team growth cost would be a significant advantage. Also, while the UI is clean, the advanced scenario modeling can take some time to master for team members who aren't in a direct finance role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
