I appreciate that it offers us an easy-to-use interface that ensures the best quality. What I particularly like is the customer service, especially our customer success manager Quentin Didier, who provides us with extremely high-quality service, available to help and support us in exploring new projects or responding to urgent requests. I appreciate the development of mass AI, as it allows us to enrich regulatory data and focus more on content, especially for e-commerce and marketing messages. The publication calendar feature, which we helped develop, allows sharing multiple products with multiple connectors at the same time, saving us considerable time. **What do you dislike about Equadis PIM?** For me, what could be improved today in customer relations is perhaps to have a little more listening to the expressed needs and to be more in anticipation of these needs to either co-construct or propose adapted solutions. I find that to date, even though there has been change, we are still in innovations that are pushed while the needs are not quite expressed in that way, or in any case, it doesn't necessarily "fit" the needs. **What problems is Equadis PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Equadis PIM to ensure the best data quality between our systems and our clients. The PowerBI integration and the QCD are great for ensuring that our codes remain qualitative and meet commitments to distributors. The initial installation went very well, with good support, and even today, we have help for new developments, which ensures the best possible deployment. **What do you dislike about Equadis PIM?** Sometimes for the explanations of errors, I would like to have a clearer explanation. With the use of Gaia, we were able to define a retro-planning with our contributors (who does what and when).
