What do you like best about Epicor SLS?

Built as a vertical of Epicor's flagship Kinetic product, SLS offers a comprehensive ERP kit for living, aged and community care. Not very pricey and complete suit of ERP means no need to look at other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor SLS?

What problems is Epicor SLS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epicor's SLS (Senior Living Solution) provides a full suit of ERP for community care functions especially for Australia region. What do you like best about Epicor SLS?

Epicor SLS gives extensive reporting and performance tools. It has new powerful features for design, integration and development. It provided low of new things that are attractive and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor SLS?

It is costly and paid training is required. It does not provide powerful help in development very difficult to find the material for service connect, business process management and BAQ. It is not easy for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Epicor SLS?

Epicor is great in the functionality you get with each module that you purchase. Managing jobs is easy and information for each job is always at your fingertips. It is also easy to manage costs involved with jobs because Epicor makes doing so quick and easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor SLS?

Being a cloud system has its ups and downs. On the downside, during updates, there will sometimes be outages and slowdowns that make using the system unusable. This downtime can be detrimental when trying to have employees have accurate clock-in times on jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Epicor SLS:

Before deciding to go with Epicor, decide whether in-home servers or cloud servers would best suit your organization. Also, do a good review of each module, as some may suit your business while others may not. What problems is Epicor SLS solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Epicor, we can be more efficient in our production times. All we have to do is track the status of each job to see our burden rates, material costs, and how efficient each employee is.
