Support is easy to get and fast, and the AI features are improving. **What do you dislike about EPG ONE?** I dislike that sometimes I read bad reviews from past employees on platforms. Makes me double-think regarding using the product of company which doesn't care much for retention of employess. **What problems is EPG ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps solving the problem of not having all logistics needs in one platform.
