**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

The best thing about Envivo is the simplicity it allows us when creating custom user pitches and offers. It cuts down the time spent on reaching customers, allowing us quick and easy user tools to better close deals with our customerds

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

The lack of customisation can sometimes be a factor that hampers us. A better CMS system would allow us to better tailor our layout and designs to reflect our brand

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the problem of increased time between customer engagement and pitching a deal. This means we retain more leads and in turn close more sales, all whilst making this a more personalised experience

**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

Before envivo, we did not have a chance to see which lead was relevant, which ones we should follow up with, whether they reviewed the materials we shared or the offer. We were transferring everything over emails. Now we offer our customers a digital sales room where they can feel more special and we can instantly monitor every action they take. This is a priceless value for us to focus on the right opportunities.

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

At first, there were some deficiencies in the Turkish language translation, which was a problem for us. But with the rapid support of the envivo team, this issue was entirely resolved and the Turkish language support of the system successfully completed. Now our team can easily use the system in Turkish.

**Recommendations to others considering envivo.io:**

If they still manage their sales processes in primitive ways (email, attachment, etc.), I highly recommend giving envivo a try

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We got rid of getting lost in emails, we started to reach our customers in a much more transparent, interactive and personalized way.
- We were putting a lot of effort into understanding which clients we should focus on. Thanks to the instant customer actions insights we take with envivo, we can analyze more efficiently and make the proper follow-ups at the right time with the right clients.
-All of our team started to use the latest updated version of promotional documents, videos, and offers. We stopped keeping all our documents on PCs and moved them to envivo. In this way, we can quickly share with customers with drag and drop.

**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

envivo.io is perfect for us when we create marketing strategies for us and our clients.  After gathering and qualifying leads in Hubspot, we use envivo.io to supply further documents and other assets to our prospects. That´s great for us and even more for our clients. The detailed reports and statistics on user engagement are used for further lead scoring and help us focus on the right opportunities at the right time. With the possibility to rely on various customizable templates or easy creation of custom themes, we can quickly and easily set up new teams and workflows for ourselves and our clients. Even without Hubspot or other CRM integration, envivo.io works very well standalone, allowing the users to scale up and add further integrations over time. That´s a huge advantage to other SaaS offerings that often come with price tags too high for smaller businesses and StartUps. envivo.io has become a standard tool for many of our clients when implementing digital marketing and sales strategies. We love the ability of the Calendly integration to allow leads to schedule initials meetings at exactly the right time within our funnels.

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

We are creating custom templates for most of our clients. It would be great to be able to export and import those templates on our won. We often have our default elements that have to recreate for every client instead of simply importing a default theme that we create once and reuse it for various envivo.io teams after some styling to match the client´s style.

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main objective is the handover from marketing to sales. We add envivo.io to our workflow and create personalized landing pages for prospects that have reached a particular stage or lead scoring within our marketing funnels. Without envivo.io, we used PDF downloads to get people to register and turn them into leads. With envivo.io, we can now offer a much better experience with personalized, branded microsites that provide way more than just a PDF download. We can even add other assets to the landing page based on user engagement and offer direct channels for bi-directional communication. Since we have added envivo.io to our toolset, we experienced higher conversion rates and more bookings of consulting calls.

Easy data transfer. Envivo makes it easy to transmit complex data. I also know when the other person viewed the presentations.

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

Monthly fee. I prefer to pay once, and that's it.

**Recommendations to others considering envivo.io:**

I was initially allowed to test it for a month, after which I was able to assess whether it was the right tool for me. I would do that again.

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Envivo, I finally managed to send my presentations in a very attractive setting. Before that, I tried to send films and presentations via email. But that never worked. The data was unstructured. Sending documents via Dropbox and Wetransfer was not professional. Now it looks good, and all data arrives at the recipient.

**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

Envivo.io brings my Hubspot CRM to the next level. With this tool, I have the perfect complement to Hubspot CRM. When your Salesteam gets into the Offer negotiation phase, envivo.io sends out a personalized landing page to the customer instead of dull and often confusing Emails. Our clients love it because they have everything in one place, from sending offers and presentations to invoicing and signing with DocuSign. Our sales team loves it because it automates recurring work and gives a lot of insights into the customers, especially what sales content they like and which approach converts the most. Last but not least, envivo.io  saves a lot of time and is easy to use. I think it also works as a standalone solution for SMBs.

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

Envivo.io should have more preset templates. The CMS is solid, but creating a new template always takes time. It would be great to share the newly created templates with the envivo users.

**Recommendations to others considering envivo.io:**

If you are selling explainable products or services and if you want to improve your customer satisfaction dramatically, this toll really can make the difference.

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool closes the gap between ERP CRM and customer communication. It also frames a lot of standalone solutions like DocuSign or Calendly. For us, it was the missing puzzle in our sales process. Envivo saves a lot of time; my team loves working with it, and our sales cycles dropped because of the much better and efficient communication.

**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

Transfer qualified leads to done deals! Envio.io helps to guide you through the different sales stages, gives you great insights and analytics to your prospects, and last but not least, is an excellent experience for the user and the customer. Eliminate just sending Emails with boring attachments. Create a hyper-personalized microsite automatically for each of your clients.

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

So far, I like everything on envivo.io, but it would be great to have even more interfaces to practical applications like sap Hana or sugar CRM. Don't get me wrong; there are already many integrations like Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot on the CRM side and Adobe sign, Hellosign, and Docusign to get the deals closed. Still, it is fun to use the software, so I would like to work even more in the envivo.io interface.

**Recommendations to others considering envivo.io:**

If you start using envivo.io, I recommend first using it as a standalone tool and then adding your sales needs integrations. Don´t hesitate to contact these guys they have a lot of experience and always have a good idea.

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can reduce the admin time creating an offer or a pitch deck drastically by more than 80% if I send out similar offers; I only have to copy-paste the complete microsite with one click send it out to the next customer. The great analytics also keep me constantly up to date on what content and which offer converts to the most incredible deals. But best of all, it helps me reduce my sales cycles by 50%.

The cooperation with envivo.io has now been in place for over two years. I particularly appreciate the advice on technical solutions and the fast and prompt implementation of new requirements. At the same time, all stakeholders (here: non-profit organizations) are brought on board at eye level.

In principle, there is nothing that deserves a Dislike.

We have managed to digitize social engagement opportunities in such a way that the needs of NGOs, as well as commercial enterprises (employees), can be accessed easily, quickly, and digitally.

**What do you like best about envivo.io?**

In the tax council we are forced to send a lot of documents.
These are very trustworthy documents. That is why data protection is paramount.
With envivo, we have managed to guarantee that. The best part is that it is still very easy to use for our clients and us.
That saves us and our clients a lot of time!

**What do you dislike about envivo.io?**

It would be great for us if we could transfer data directly from DATEV to envivo. envivo provides all interfaces for this, but DATEV has not yet released the interface. We are looking forward to it!

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We were able to simplify the transfer process significantly

There is not much to dislike. For the future, I wish to have more and more adons.

If you have to share lots of documents (offers, contracts, etc.) and want an easy way of communication with everything in one place, give this system a try.

**What problems is envivo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and fast communication with my leads and customers. All documents in one place without creating endless emails. Alert if somebody takes action. At last, you know when to react, which gives you more time for other things.
