The support that we receive from the Envirosuite team is top notch, they are very responsive and truly care about our experience. Envirosuite is just as interested in us being good neighbors as we are. We have significantly improved our relationship with our community since installing the Envirosuite odor monitors. **What do you dislike about Envirosuite?** There havent been any downsides to the Envirosuite system. The user interface is very intuitive and the graphics clearly indicate real time conditions, as well as historical and future conditions. **What problems is Envirosuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to installing the Envirosuite odor monitoring system, we relied on weather historical data to determine if an odor notification was due to a plant issue. After reviewing the data, staff would perform a walk of the entire plant to see if there were any issues. Our response was reactive. Now, we are able to proactively schedule maintenance when our risk level is low, to ensure we dont negatively affect the surrounding community. We are also, through the reverse trajectory model, able to clearly identify the origin of odors that are detected throughout our community. ### 2. I particularly like that small details can be changed depending on user preference, such as pollutant values. The modelling tool is extremely powerful as it allows one to understand potential odour nuisances on a live basis and potential receptors that could be affected. **What do you dislike about Envirosuite?** It is not a dislike as such - but industry is lacking a way to continuously measure European Odour Units (OUe). This is completed via an offline method known as olfactometry. Odour is generally characterised in OUe as it gives a more wholistic understanding rather than compound specific. But olfactometry is extremely poor at understanding live continuous odour concentrations in OUe - lab samples need to be investigated which can take up to a few weeks. Hence measuring for specific compounds such as hydrogen sulfide or VOCs provides a better approach. But odour standards for these compounds are not readily available in the literature. So maybe a concept study could be undertaken to see if olfactometry could be completed on a live basis to help move the odour industry forward? **What problems is Envirosuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** With growing environmental concerns regarding odour, Envirosuite is monitoring odorous compounds (such as hydrogen sulfide) on a live basis. This allows site operations to have instant access to hydrogen sulfide concentrations which helps understand process areas which are a root cause to odour issue. ### 3. I don’t have any influence on pricing, and when it comes to AI, it’s still early days for me. Performance-wise, so far it does what I need. I still have to learn all of its functions and understand how they’re relevant to me, but that will come with time. **What do you dislike about Envirosuite?** Nothing really jumps out so far. It’s a bolt-on to our operating system and will probably always be that way because of security reasons, but it does give me the information I need. i have not had the need to contact support so far - my colleagues on site have been able to help me. **What problems is Envirosuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** we need to be able to access critical information gathered quickly and form responses based on this - Envirosuite helps us do this ### 4.
