Easy to start using and configure. Has a Terraform provider enabling you to configure environments using Infra as Code, which makes creating new infrastructure as easy as opening a pull request. I also find the time to live setting for environments a great feature (that I have not been able to play with). By setting a TTL you can create resources that will be automatically erased, so you can have as many test environments as you need, for example. Their support people have been incredible too! We ask questions and get answers almost instantly, and they take feature request if it's not built into the platform already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing scheme is not the best, but at least if you select to price by users, you get unlimited runs. In some of the alternatives, you get priced by runs, and when you're just starting, you will have lots of test runs to get things right.

I would also like env0 to have better integration with secret managers like Vault (you can do the integration within your Terraform code, though) and a remote state management solution of their own (we rely on S3). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature is the visual insight into the progress of each stage of the deployment process, allowing one to navigate to a specific place and address any issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps more integration with Version Control tools would be a plus. For example, allowing users to define their custom templates in JSON, and edit them inside env0. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility of env0 makes it stand out compared to some of the other really big brand name tools that force you to use their prescribed workflow. This made the difference for us and enabled our team to lift and shift our existing Atlantis based workflow (i.e. https://www.runatlantis.io/) into env0. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that you can make projects and then assign templates and modules to that project. It helps non-technical people deploy infrastructure without having to involve the infrastructure team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's tough to integrate multiple modules together as an end user. So if a user wants a "VM Module" in azure, and then wants a "storage account" in Azure as well, it's tough to help end users understand how those two can integrate together. Alot of the end users do not have technical experience with Terraform, Cloud, or scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is flexible enough to provide teams with access to deploy their required resources quickly. The UI in the forms section has our required customizations to help give users context around what they are selecting.
