They take the time to get to know you and your business, as well as what kind of security best meets your requirements. They are always more than happy to answer the phone and provide comprehensive explanations or troubleshooting. We feel that we have a clear idea of what has to be done because of our collaboration with them and the card brands. **What do you dislike about Entersekt?** I have not ran into any issues that Entersekt hasn't been readily available to tackle. **What problems is Entersekt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were struggling terribly to meet our compliance edit targets with the card brands. In collaboration with us, Entersekt set out to raise our edit compliance scores without compromising the impact on customers. ### 2. They have helped us ensure that our clients' customers are secure when conducting online transactions. **What do you dislike about Entersekt?** I can't think of anything at the moment. The support team goes above and beyond to help us and they always offer us advice on how to improve our implementation of the product. **What problems is Entersekt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clients' customers always had to reset their passwords because of compromised credentials. This led to our support team being inundated with reset requests. When we implemented the passwordless authentication solution, there was a marked decrease in support for this challenge which enabled the support to work on other urgent issues. It has saved us time and it has given the customer piece of mind knowing that their passwords are no longer compromised; instead, they are happy with the passwordless authentication solution. ### 3. Fingerprint, facial, even behavioral, they support a number of options that make user authentication a breeze. ### 5. They have a white labelled app for clients who do not have a banking app that takes care of biometric authentication to reduce fraud. ### 6.
