Generally, if this application is maintained at a global level and with the necessary configuration and integration with all the available data sets or applications, then this application can provide access to all the activities currently happening in the organization. You can view instantly all business processes through a single screen and then you can see if any process is not ideal in behavior then you can also analyze it. Various Processes, Documents storage, and Publishing can also be done at the enterprise level. **What do you dislike about Enterprise Explorer?** Currently, since this is a Microsoft offering, it is unable to be integrated with Custom built software or Oracle. We had to use different middleware in implementation to overcome the requirement fulfillment but honestly mentioning it was worth it. Processes Viewing and Publishing frequently was very much normalized since the adoption of this software. **What problems is Enterprise Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Various Processes or Jobs which are running continuously had to be viewed whether active or not and some how if jobs faile then those had to restarted very early to prevent data loss. Emails integration is the best feature. Along with this other services like Designing, Searching, Documents Managing can also be done. ### 5. We can easily integrate various process flows and can get the data of several users logged, hence data mining. Overall good tool to have for both process flow management and data mining integration **What do you dislike about Enterprise Explorer?** To create complex processes there is no simpler way out then to take the processes beyond simply drawing them. Also it does not allow group collaboration. Further sometimes tool gets rebooted in between. **What problems is Enterprise Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Explorer helps us model the management flows for our product, and also further add the user specific inputs that our product user needs to enter which are gathered as part of data mining.
