This is the best software that can be used by corporate higher-level managers or business consultants in determining the quality of processes running in their organization. Generally, if this application is maintained at a global level and with the necessary configuration and integration with all the available data sets or applications, then this application can provide access to all the activities currently happening in the organization. You can view instantly all business processes through a single screen and then you can see if any process is not ideal in behavior then you can also analyze it. Currently, since this is a Microsoft offering, it is unable to be integrated with Custom built software or Oracle. We had to use different middleware in implementation to overcome the requirement fulfillment but honestly mentioning it was worth it. The data management of the users along with the content management are the best part of these suite. We can easily integrate various process flows and can get the data of several users logged, hence data mining. There are no such dislike about this tool but sometimes it just hanged and shutdown so you have to wait till it up and login back , but it will give headstart again where you have left it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
