**What do you like best about Ensenta?**

It’s easy for our members to use, and the support is amazing. We usually see minimal errors when processing checks, and the integration with Lumin works perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Ensenta?**

We used to submit a ticket for Ensenta to update our users, and there was a fee for that service. Sometime within the last two years or so, they made an update that now requires us to manually update users ourselves. Once I saw how time-consuming the process is, I understood why there was a charge when Ensenta handled it. However, we still have to pay Ensenta even when we’re the ones making the changes. That doesn’t seem logical to me.

**What problems is Ensenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving members an opportunity to deposit checks using their phone.
