"I'm Not Tech-Savvy, But Enginemailer Made Email Marketing Actually Work for My Business"
What do you like best about Enginemailer?

As a director who's not particularly tech-savvy, I absolutely love how user-friendly Enginemailer is. My team was up and running within days, not weeks! The contact segmentation feature has been a game-changer for our email blasts, we can now target our clients based on industry, engagement level, or where they are in our sales funnel, making our campaigns much more effective.

The email templates are professional-looking and easy to customize, so our communications finally look polished without needing a designer. What really matters to me as a business owner is the reliable analytics, I can actually see our ROI with clear open rates and engagement metrics. Plus, the deliverability is excellent, our emails actually reach people's inboxes, which wasn't always the case with our previous solution.

What do you dislike about Enginemailer?

Honestly, my biggest frustration is with the automation capabilities. I find myself manually managing follow-up sequences that should be automated. I'd love to see more sophisticated workflows like "if they click this, then send that" or automated lead nurturing that adapts based on behavior.

The personalization options are pretty basic too, we can add names and basic details, but I wish we had dynamic content that changes based on what we know about each contact, like industry-specific recommendations or content that shifts based on their previous interactions with us.

I also really miss having a mobile app. There are times when I'm traveling or in meetings and need to quickly check on a campaign performance or approve something, but I have to wait until I'm back at my computer.

The analytics, while decent, could tell a fuller story. I'd love heat maps showing where people click in our emails or better tracking of the customer journey from email to actual conversion. UI/UX Experience: The interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated and occasionally clunky. Some processes, like setting up automation or editing templates, require more steps than expected and could be more intuitive.
