We had great difficulty with running the video streaming services. Each video started with our person running the streaming service telling the speaker and room monitor to begin. So the venue didn't properly inform us when the recording actually started. The volume got turned up on the streaming service, after being muted all morning, which caused echoing for the person running the streaming and took some time to determine that was the problem. The user interface for the configuration is not always clear. You can see it was not built from scratch with all functionalities planned for.
