**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

Getting access to the people within accounts, with contact data really fast tracks the amount of time it takes to open an account and have a conversation. The intel on all IT is very interesting and useful info to see updated live within the accounts.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Very good tool, for contact data however the Intel I would like more targeted for our business to be able to laser focus on key intel for our product and account lists of interest using Engage IQ. I feel there would be more impact with more focus on the intel of interest and having it ranked in data order.

**What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping fast track our volume of conversations and quality of conversations with access to the main decision makers quicker, to help us gain better insight and intel to have more relevant conversations quicker.

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

Ease of use of the tool - was very easy to pickup and intuitive to use throughout the day. Onsite training and then realtime usage of the tool provided valueable experience to our new BD team.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Although the integration seems very simple and quick to complete, its unable to check if data exits in the CRM before copying the data from EngageTech, so at risk of duplication.

Providing our new BD team with contact details of potential prospects for target accounts and any intelligence on the company, ready for our SDR outreach programme.

the people are fantastic the energy and advice i got from everyone in the organisation was amazing. As well of course the platform was extremely effective and solved a large issue we had with our outreach and sourcing contact details

I found that sometimes change or loggin stage changes wasnt the most accurate maybe the use of different stag eoptions aswell as the ability to edit and notify if people have left an organisation or not.

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

The ease of making calls to a high volume of prospects at once. The integration with the RingCentral allows allows you to make calls effortlessly without having to copy and paste numbers over.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

The time it takes to upload data into the platform. If this could be simplified it would make a huge difference. Also if there was a way to integrate prospects to salesforce so we can click a prospect to get salesforce notes etc.

A PHONE APP WOULD BE BRILLIANT. IT WOULD MEAN THAT WE COULD MAKE CALLS USING THE APP FROM ANYWHERE. GREAT WHEN ON THE GO.

Great quality data. Very accurate. User interface is good. Great analytics on who has been using the platform and for how long. 

It is our most used tool for contacts and data.

Creating new lead lists is quite fiddly, more often then not I'll get some error. I'm sure it's user error but would be great if there was a simpler way to create lists.

The support from Ben and Scarlett is industry leading.

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

Excellent UI and lots of very useful, compact information. Easy to navigate and make small notes for reference. Saves hundreds of hours sourcing the job titles and numbers allowing for quick fire calls. Engage Score compacts lots of data and gives a fairly accurate representation of likelihood to respond which has proven useful.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Not every prospect has a number attached to their name, and sometimes the number is inaccurate, I personally do not have the permissions to update these things but they are always dealt with timely.

The problems from finding the prospect, phone numbers and when is the best time to call them is all provided off the bat, and as such has saved myself so much time, and with the regular updates is constantly improving

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

The EngageIQ platform is very easy to navigate both for Leads (Insights) and ranking to identify hot prospects to target. Each Insight has a detailed description of the business challenge which helps with shaping my prospecting messaging, instead of having to guess what the customer challenges might be I can hit them with a targeted message outlining their pain point and how my company can help. Contact information for the individuals attributed per insight were always accurate, although, sometimes it was difficult to understand which contact EngageIQ had the initial conversation with.

Our account team were very useful and supportive; they kindly invited me to their offices a few times to do calling and cold call training sessions which I found very useful. Outside of this Ben, Nish and Scarlett were always available and willing to assist when needed.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Occiassionly the information was incorrect or the customer had already completed the aforementioned project, however, this only happened once or twice. Sometimes it was difficult to understand which contact EngageIQ had held the initial conversation with, however, the lead scoring information helped to guide me in the right direction on who to prospect to first. Lastly and this is more cosmetic, sometimes when changing pages the Insights would rejig their order making it difficult to track which insights have been prospected that day.

Lead generation - Targeting the right prospects with the right message at the right time.

The layout of the platform is easy to navigate and modern. Having the insights is super beneficial too and is a stand out with Engage IQ.

I notice at times it glitches. As well as this I think the engagement score in relation to pick-up rate is sometimes not the most accurate.

Really helps boost conversation rate without having to sift through masses of bad data

Sometimes the most engaged contact suggested is a very unlikely title for my industry to target, occasionally, there will be contacts who appear to work at nearby accounts, its not clear if there are shared services in these instances (particularly in PubSec)

**What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving data into the workflows - time between leads is reduced, also find the most engaged prospects to have a quick turn around, in under 3 weeks of using the tool I have 4 completed meetings, of which 3 went SQL. That, in the toughest month for Sales - August.

What I like the best about EIQ is that I get numbers for the contacts I want to speak with. No having to mess around asking gatekeepers. Its all there. When you get mobile numbers for prospects, its a game changer

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

If there was intergration with my other tools such as saleforce and outreach, then this would be a no brainer to use EIQ. But at the moment, that is a nice to have and isnt make or break.
I would also like to see the info updated more often. Sometimes the prospect worked there 5 years ago and has retired.

EngageIQ has a well-developed platform that enables you to identify top contacts in prospective companies, provide feedback on leads and track the status of leads within the portal.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

The only real downside to using EngageIQ is that the criteria for lead generation can often become skewed, with a few leads for services that our company to not provide being uploaded to the portal. That being said, once these leads are identified they are often replaced.

**Recommendations to others considering EngageTech:**

Make sure you set the criteria for lead generation as early as possible and continue to provide feedback on the criteria.

**What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a two-man business, we often do not have the time or resources to prospect day in day out. The EngageIQ platform has allowed us to use what time we do have to effectively identify new customers.

I don't have anything to report as of now as I started using it only a couple of months ago. May be ill wait for some time & review the product again after a year. Wait for the completed review!

I have gotten contact information from Engage that I haven't gotten anywhere else, no matter what tool I use, so that has been the most valuable to me.

It is often slow, and I have to re-load the dashboard for it to speed up slightly. This often means I lose where I am.

We decided to use EngageIQ due to the quality of the database and the insights it provides an internal sales team with the most productive times to call a business

The only thing that I think I would change on the platform is a better simple search as well as insight into org structures.

Before EngageIQ we did not have a reliable database with accurate contact phone numbers to support our outbound BDR efforts. The tool has helped with that, but has also provided insights to make our BDR team more productive.

The team and thethe service. From the initial call, through to onboarding and account management, the team we dealt with did a fantastic job, so much so that they also agreed to set up with a call with one of the leadership team to share some of their best practices. Based on the service alone I would be happy to recommend them.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

This is a tough one for me as its hard to clasify it as a dislike. The strength of their solution is necessarily suited to our business, and they provided full transparency on this throughout so there were no surprises or overselling. This was very much a test for both myself and them to a certain extent. If I was in the business of selling software, hardware, SAAS, etc. I have no doubt the solution would work efficiently.

EngageIQ allows us to identify prospects when they are in market for solutions like ours. As mentioned in this review, the solution wasn't a perfect fit for our business but would be effective for other SaaS-based models.

Insights and the key contacts for each of my enterprise accounts is very useful. Also green lights on those contacts is great.

The ability to manually move accounts among the system, this is partially an internal responsiblity but I've lost some insights that were just moved away.

Getting the key contacts and highlighting who is responsive helps the targetting. I am wasting less time with useless contacts.

In the world of New Business, intelligence is the key. What insights do you have on the business that allows you to make a call with knowledge of possible challenges? EngageIQ allows you to do that so no combing through websites, looking at age-old activities on your CV, no trawling through LinkedIn, and no making wild assumptions about their probable pain.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

It took a few hours to find my grove for calling out. I can only see the user interface getting better so onboarding will be a lot shorter.

**What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A massive reduction in call preparation, you have the information there, the contacts their roles and possible insights. This allows you to get into a nice rhythm with calling so call rate goes up, conversations go up and contacts will agree on further actions and even identify opportunities fairly early on.

The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and keen to help us get the most out of the data they provide. The data has been of amazing quality and has helped us achieve our goals.

Our lead generation team has especially like the new platform and the insights it provides on both a company and contact level.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Not a dislike! But I can't wait for the platform to have all the features we heard about. Only thing missing for us is an API into Salesforce but there are ways around this like the export feature that still make a level of integration possible.

We wanted to grow our cloud sales, and the high-quality data provided has allowed our lead generation team to convert roughly 50% of the data points into MQL

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

Our team has been using this tool for a number of months now and while it was a slightly slow start, the leads have been coming through regularly. In most cases, the company's are completely relevant to our organisation and better yet, the prospects are the correct persona. While some contacts that have been delivered to us, we already know/ have communication with, that is great because we know that they are the correct people! Very useful insights and make our life a little easier when calling to find new opportunities. 

Customer service has been fantastic, from training and regular contact to ensure we are happy; it cannot be faulted!

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

Some updates need to be made with the platform to make it slightly more user friendly. The ability to stay logged in/ save our login information would be great. As well as that, when we receive an email about a new lead, it would be much easier to see on that email which company it was for. Hopefully, this will be added soon, but from what I have heard, this is in the roadmap. Other than that, they have taken on board our feedback whenever we have had an issue.

The new leads were not appearing at the top of our lists so it wasn't quick and easy to see where the new leads were. However, having recently received some leads, they are now showing at the top of the list!

**What do you like best about EngageTech?**

The tips are incredibly detailed and the customer challenges are mostly accurate. It enables me to build credibility quickly by understanding the challenge and cater my questions to open the conversation up. I can also prepare for the likely objections I'm going to receive. The customer details as well are a huge huge huge help, having access to the direct dial, email, linkedin and mobile number of the person is so beneficial.

**What do you dislike about EngageTech?**

There's still work to be done with the layout of the solution and the usability but it's not a huge surprise given how new the platform is; there are always likely to be teething problems. One thing I have found is occasionally the information provided doesn't seem to be correct at all, however this happens in the minority of tips.

**What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to spend less time on prospecting. Being able to understand the specific challenges organisations are looking to address means I can take those conversation points and use them in other conversations. It just means I can reduce the number of touchpoints that are usually required to find an opportunity.

The initial management portal had some limitation but the new portal have improved on these. No dislikes.

The account management team at Oxspring struggle with consistently assigning time for initial lead generation. The high level of involvement and time required to put solutions together once an opportunity has been identified make it difficult to maintain lead generation activities. 

Engage IQ have been able to provide pre-qualified leads that the team can work removing the initial lead generation activity from the team.

Via the portal, we receive good quality market intelligence, including challenges, goals and timeframes for relevant contacts and organisaitons actively looking for solutions in our portfolio. The tips really help our sales teams to guide their conversations when they get in touch, often leading to meetings and demos.

They launched a new portal recently, which took a bit of getting used to, but it has lots of advantages such as being able to assign leads to members of the team and update their status. The Team at Engage IQ always take on board any feedback that we might have too.

Engage IQ allows us to feed high-quality leads into our Sales Teams, which they are always happy to receive and follow up on.

What I enjoy the most about the platform is that it provides us with a batch of workable accounts to engage with on a sales approach basis. My day-to-day workload no longer feels as though I am working my way through a sea of accounts, trying to figure who is best to reach out to. EngageIQ provides me with a ready-to-go list of contacts and businesses ranked more likely to respond than others. This reduces my working hours spent deciding who I am going to prioritize.

The batch of accounts is, more often than not, all very engageable. However, the contact information could be better at times.

The intelligence this service affords is incredible!  Every business is hungry for Sales Intelligence, insights around prospects and indeed existing customers in order to increase RoI from demand generation/sales.  This service is almost a dream come true - as cheesy as that sounds.   The team are super engaged with us, incredibly helpful and flexible, and importantly very receptive to feedback - which they generally act on.

Nothing, they have worked so collaboratively with us I cannot fault them.
