Not many issue so far we are happy with the platform and the benchmark provided Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, looks great, and the customer support is quick and thorough. The onboarding survey is fantastic- you just set it up and forget about it, then you have a dataset building for every touchpoint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a 'dislike', but there is room to grow for in platform analytics and data visualisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use for the end-user. Responsiveness and depth of knowledge and experience base of the tech support team. Unstinting sharing from everyone I have encountered from EngageRocket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Understandably, some lead time required to get used to the system. Where possible, would be nice to have the backend setup work be even more intuitive and simplified. No major dislikes, just that system naturally has some limitations/restrictions for the moment that may not be able to cater to our wish list and nice to haves. I would prefer if EngageRocket has other service offering such as Performance Appraisal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a user friendly platform to create and analyse pulse and onboarding surveys. As a self service user, its not difficult to navigate the creation & uploading. The analytics page also provides sufficient and comprehensive insights to each survey which allows us to see results easily. Moreover the customer success team's assistance is very prompt & helpful in helping to navigate and troubleshoot errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to dislike about the platform. (Qualify that we have yet to try this feature) - perhaps a downloadable powerpoint version of the survey results can be generated with a click of a button or even a feature that can allow for comparisons over a period of time would be very helpful. What I liked best was the systematic flow of setting up the feedback for peer review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, we are not able to find the button or navigation. However, in the midst of using the platform it was upgraded and the navigation was much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Engagerocket provides very clear delineation of the building blocks for employee engagement. This assists managers in understanding both what they are doing well and what they can improve. More importantly, Engagerocket provides tips with ideas on initiatives to improve areas that score poorly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
