Even new hires would know instantly how to use it never had troubles implementing and intergrating it to my daily tasks. **What do you dislike about Engage121?** none everything was smooth. Support is always available whenever I have problems which happened once and it was never repeated. **What problems is Engage121 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to connect to people and easily poll the specific folks to filter. ### 2. It is really helpful for franchising industry and good for industry with multiple locations. I really like the hot content and it allows you to post by scheduling and the content gets posted automatically. It integrates with our system so that made our work easier. It saved a lot of time for us in the past and updates are made and produced quickly and contain useful features in them. The customer service was helpful and fast. By using it you also get to add other social media applications and platforms.It keeps the content consistent. **What do you dislike about Engage121?** When I first noticed the price of Engage121 i was shocked because it is very pricey as compared to other softwares used. Mentioning facebook pages is confusing and difficult and cannot be done without any help. It is not straightforward and when you post something you cannot edit the post. The analytics needs to be better and the advertising it makes are simple but too simple can be boring. **What problems is Engage121 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engage121 is used to run campaigns and posting advertisements on many platforms.
