Currently, we only see them by their ID number, and if you hover over it, it shows the address of the point. At this stage I’m used to recognizing which point is which, but for some new users it could be confusing.Then, on overall values, Would be possible to have one figure for cost, consumption in kWh and cCarbon (tonne Co2e) we can se break down, but would there be any way to see total figure right away? The back end support is so reactive and really helpful. This is a completely different experience to previous systems I have used which deliver the same service but definitely over promised and under delivered. **What do you dislike about Energy Elephant?** Some of the reporting tools still need additional development but have faith that these are in the pipeline. **What problems is Energy Elephant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Energy Elephant is providing us a Saas resolution to the tracking and analysis of the energy and water usage of the properties we manage. Without the system this would likely be stored in an excel which would be clunky, cumbersome and time consuming to use.
