Quick access to information, with automation that pulls energy bills directly from utility suppliers’ online portals, plus a data‑audit page that helps identify any discrepancies in the dataset. We also highly value quarterly review meetings, which help us improve our capabilities and enhance how we work with the system after each session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would welcome an option to rename metering points on the dashboard, so we can easily identify which metering point is which. Currently, we only see them by their ID number, and if you hover over it, it shows the address of the point. At this stage I’m used to recognizing which point is which, but for some new users it could be confusing. Then, on overall values, Would be possible to have one figure for cost, consumption in kWh and cCarbon (tonne Co2e) we can se break down, but would there be any way to see total figure right away? It allows us to monitor and track the energy performance across all of our sites, and the data is easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn’t provide real-time data. Also, it would be great if the system could send a notification when it flags something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With such a large stock of buildings and fleet vehicles, Energy Elephant is a straight forward way for me to keep an eye on energy consumption and consumption trends across all these assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some functions, such as the meter map tool are not very useful due to the inaccuracy of the locations. The inaccuracy is as a result of the bill information, which is not always specific, and the meters then show in locations that are not true to the actual physical location. I appreciate Energy Elephant's capability to provide meter level insights across a portfolio of buildings, which is invaluable for my work as a consultant researching the energy market for commercial buildings in the US. I am thoroughly impressed with the great team behind Energy Elephant, who contribute to its standout service. Its easy setup process suggests a user-friendly approach, although I haven’t personally set it up yet, its scalability is particularly beneficial as it grows effortlessly with business needs. What I find truly transformative is how Energy Elephant can turn 'dumb' buildings smart, indicating a sophisticated use of technology to improve energy efficiency.
