What do you like best about Energy Elephant?

Quick access to information, with automation that pulls energy bills directly from utility suppliers’ online portals, plus a data‑audit page that helps identify any discrepancies in the dataset. We also highly value quarterly review meetings, which help us improve our capabilities and enhance how we work with the system after each session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Energy Elephant?

I would welcome an option to rename metering points on the dashboard, so we can easily identify which metering point is which. Currently, we only see them by their ID number, and if you hover over it, it shows the address of the point. At this stage I’m used to recognizing which point is which, but for some new users it could be confusing.Then, on overall values, Would be possible to have one figure for cost, consumption in kWh and cCarbon (tonne Co2e) we can se break down, but would there be any way to see total figure right away?
