The important part is the easy management. Also, there are leaders in DLP solutions, but when asked what platform they support, they often have limitations in managing hybrid environments. However, when it comes to EPP, it serves data security for all platforms: Windows, Mac, and Linux. As a consultant, it's always good to sell a solution to a customer instead of just a product. Purchasing a DLP solution is not a huge task, but the real test comes during deployment. You never know how long it will take or how easy it will be for the end-user to manage the product and implement it in their environment without complexity. This is where EPP is the best-recommended solution, offering value to the customer's investment by reducing management and deployment complexity. It allows customers to start using the solution for its intended purpose without much delay, providing end-user satisfaction with data security. The ability to tune the PII findings with toggles is great. The load on the staff from a management perspective hasn't been very high, and we are accomplishing our current DLP goals. **What do you dislike about Netwrix Endpoint Protector?** I really wish EPP could be converted into a full SaaS product that doesn't have foundational network requirements. Gone are the days of employees work from an office and use VPN from remote. The product team at CoSoSys should be thinking further ahead and working towards a SaaS offering. There are ways to configure it for a remote office solution but they are not the best.
